My experience at FYZICAL was simply awful. The staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming, but the worst part was the doctor. Dr.Gene was incredibly rude, dismissive, and lacked any sense of professionalism. It's clear he has no regard for his patients' well-being or respect. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care. If I could give no stars I would.

Caring and knowledgeable! I am so glad i was referred to this center. The constant attention and instruction given for specific exercises for my injury, pain and for my specific needs attributed to a fast recovery. Large equipment inventory for many injuries. The entire staff is friendly. You won’t be disappointed.

I was extremely impressed with not only the facilities but the extremely relaxed and caring atmosphere. Dr. Gene Lopez and his staff members Diana and Jonathan are so caring and patient. You can tell that the well being of the patient is a passion for the staff. The equipment is state of the art. Most importantly you're treated with DIGNITY and RESPECT not just put on an exercise bike in the corner with no interaction. I'm a veteran of The United States Army and a retired public servant and I highly recommend Dr. Gene Lopez and his staff.

What a great Service they provide. They helped me with balance issues due to my Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. They worked with my insurance for coverage. I will be going back at the end of the year 2024 if still needed . Thanks to all the great staff including Lexi, Pam and Gene

I just want to say that I have had an amazing experience with Dr Gene Lopez and his assistant Ramiah. I had my first knee replacement in March last year and Ramiah was my home health person. When I changed over to outpatient I had the pleasure of working with Gene. These gentlemen are very professional, knowledgeable, kind and down to earth. I have since had a second knee replacement and will go no where else. If and when I need. More help in the future I will definitely be calling them first. Highly recommend. Thank you Gene and your team for making me feel at home and comfortable.

I wish I could give more stars! The love, the care, the compassion and the humor they put into every session with my daughter is unparalleled. Her accident has been life changing but this team has helped her reclaim a lot of her independence back. They have given her ability AND confidence. If you need care, you need this team!

I must say that Gene (the lead therapist) is one of the most caring people I have ever met. His kindness and sincere demeanor make you feel comfortable right away. I have a very complicated pain issue and he has done everything to try and help me from therapy to just taking my call when my own doctor would not. He is compassionate and thorough, listens to your concerns and does his best to help in ANY way that he can. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.

If you're looking for a physical therapy center that will provide top-notch care, then FYZICAL is the best place to go. I came to Dr. Lopez and his staff with concerns for my knee injuries due to a work-related accident. He brings individualized patient care to his treatment approach which helped with any concerns I had and confidence knowing that care is a prominent priority here. With each session, Dr. Lopez is attentive with providing exercises and manual therapy according to my comfort level and with this I have made significant progress in my case. Diana is also very knowledgeable in providing assistance regarding workers comp paperwork or anything else you may need. I highly recommend this place with great confidence knowing that each one of his patients are cared for in the highest regard. This place is truly a gem in Corpus Christi as you will find effective care here in a positive environment with staff who are ready to help you with your injury and rehabilitation.
