Referred for aquatic therapy. The pool (a size of a hot tub) was filthy and unsanitary. There was visible dirt and debris (along with dead insects) on the ledges, which was still there and visible the second session, almost a week later. When I asked how often it was cleaned, I was told, "They come by every other day to check the water." Regarding my experience with the physical therapist: I went for a total of three visits. They were unknowledgeable / unprepared to provide aquatic therapy for my needs (low back and hip pain) and repeatedly stated that "there isn't much we can do." I do not recommend.
