Patient experiences
Worked with Brian mostly. He explained the exercises thoroughly to ensure I was using the correct muscles. My lower back has a lot less pain, as long as I keep strengthening the muscles and am conscious of how I bend and reach etc. Everyone was very friendly and considerate.
