FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers - South Colorado Springs

Somehow some kind of certificate was granted for physical therapy without the individual being able to spell physical. Is this a California based soda jerk shop? Are we to think somehow being "hip" to texting speak makes you better at therapy? Shamefully disgusting. Not to mention embarrassing to our culture. "Americans are so poorly educated, they can't spell physical" I think going to an actual professional, someone who can spell the name of their field properly, would be a better choice.

I was late to my 1st appointment due to several reasons. Both mine and whoever answers the phone. Long story short, I tried to cancel my appointment because I couldn't find the location. I was told I had plenty of time to get there. I didn't get there in time. I walked in and was told they have a 5 minute rule. She checked with the person who was going to meet me and they refused to see me. I needed to reschedule. After what I went through to get there I didn't appreciate having to reschedule. I understand you have rules but I don't think they are a good fit for me. It's not like I'm in kindergarten. I hope you enjoyed your long lunch because no one else was waiting. I have been a patient at FYZICAL for almost two months now and I am very impressed with their staff and location. It has so much in such a small space! And they do amazing well of making sure people still have their privacy. I am always welcomed with smiling faces and people who just down-right enjoy their profession. It shows in their care and work.

At Fyzivacal Therapy, the location (Cheyenne Mountain) I went to was new. They were actually still moving in, but they always kept it clean and organized. The therapists are all really nice, and they make sure that you are comfortable with each excersize. They send you a text message the day before so you don't forget your appointments. Though you're there for your injuries or whatever your problem may be, it's a very relaxed atmosphere and they make sure you're comfortable. They helped me after my knee replacement, and I feel great. Thanks to everyone there. I would definitely recommend them for your physical therapy needs.

Place is conveniently located. Therapist are friendly and provide great care.

The Trainers are great, very friendly and really know how to help you overcome an injury. Went in with lwr back pain, unable to do everything around the house, and now I have almost no pain at all and have been able to actually get house work done. Highly Recommend
