FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers - Gleneagle

I have been going to Fyzical on and off all year as I work through both knee replacements this year. The staff is wonderful, caring, patient & still tough to push you through working to heal from your injury. I love and appreciate Maggie, as my in home therapist to help me the first few weeks after surgery. Highly recommended Fyzical

There are some great therapists at this place. Unfortunately, my care was inconsistent. I had 6 different therapists in the short time I was there and one of those was an intern. I don’t mind being worked on by interns sometimes, but half the PT time is me doing exercises and half is them working on me, so if the intern isn’t being effective, it’s wasting my time. Additionally, some of the PT’s put in a lot more effort than others and I wasn’t able to have much control over who I was seeing, so it became a little frustrating. Some PT’s spend more time on the computer or studying than they do on patients. When you are in pain and need to be stretched or worked on, that’s pretty frustrating. I’ve been on PT for many years because I have both severe, advanced, degenerative disc disease throughout my spine and damage from a serious car accident, so I have a pretty good idea of how PT should work.

Great service all the way around. This location in particular. Zack is always spot on with his diagnosing and super relatable to his clients. Akua is a fantastic front desk scheduler. The customer service at the Gleneagle location is the best for physical therapy that I’ve ever had in my experience making it an extremely positive satisfactory experience. Thank you guys!

I’ve unfortunately had to have extensive physical therapy a few times in my life. While I have no complaints about the other therapy offices, Fyzical rises to the top. Ashrin has completely changed my life. I had an L4-S1 fusion at age 39 in May and she’s helped me so much with my rehabilitation and healing. Weeks 6-9 post-op I hit a plateau and was really feeling down on myself. Ashrin was a miracle worker not only with my spine but also with my mental health. I owe getting my life back 100% to Fyzical. All the staff there are phenomenal! I can’t recommend Ashrin, Mike, and Jackie enough! If you need PT do yourself a favor and go to Fyzical Gleneagle, they’ll change your life too.

Zack was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable with my child. I saw him interact with other clients with respect and care. It’s always a pleasure to interact with Akua at the front desk. Friendly, helpful, and fun. I wish every business we interacted with had such amazing people!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with FYZICAL. I have been seeing Jackie regularly and she has helped with my pain levels so much. She is knowledgable, professional and able to get to the root of my problem every time. Not to mention she is so kind and personable. I have also had a wonderful experience with Zach, also very knowledgable. Morgan at the front desk helped me navigate insurance and went out of her way to help me approve more visits. Every one here is top notch! Thanks for all you do!
