FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers - Briargate

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR VA PATIENTS! I arrived at the FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Briargate Office for my 14:45 scheduled appointment on 12 November early as instructed to complete paperwork. Upon arrival was told that while they had my information in their system, they did not have me scheduled for an appointment despite my having scheduled my appointment with their service nearly 3 weeks prior on 25 October 2024. I was told that there must have been an issue with their central scheduling in Las Vegas, NV and unfortunately there was nothing they could do to accommodate me other than squeezing me in for a 1600 appointment. This appears to be an ongoing issue with this provider as can be seen from previous reviews. Careless health providers such as this seem to think that they should be able to charge patients missed appointment and late cancellation fees while having absolutely no consideration for a patients valuable time.

Excellent customer service. All the Physical Therapists I had contact with showed a genuine concern for my welfare. The exercises are making a difference already.

The care, attentiveness and everything that goes into individual therapy to have a successful outcome is exactly what I've found here. Such a wonderful experience!

A great place for therapy. Dr Michael Hitt found the issue quickly and provided me with therapy to do at home for future events. I highly reccomend!

I waited a month for my first appointment and planned my workday around my appointment and took time off of work. When I arrived they did not (1) have me on their calendar and (2) did not have all the paperwork I had filled out ahead of time online. I had to reschedule for the following week. On the plus side, they share a location with a nice-looking YMCA . IF I return, I may carve out time for a workout on the same visit. Edited: I did return, and met with a great therapist, and scheduled a series of appointments. I've edited my review upwards from one to three stars, and will reach out by email to the owner, as requested.

Therapist are amazing and will get you where you need to be in your recovery. They not only care about your injury/recovery, but you as a person. However; the insurance billing office is less than desirable. Instead of requesting additional visits when I reach my max allowable; they requested a new authorization (authorization is not needed with my insurance plan), then was told I need to file an appeal with my insurance 9nothing to appeal.) I had to be my own advocate and reach out to my insurance to request additional PT services, request the insurance to send a records request; let the office know what records to send. Send copies of records to my insurance myself. And make the follow calls to ensure they have everything needed. I have enough on my plate, without having to do their job as well. I have never had this much trouble with billing office prior to the company being corporate owned verses it being a franchise.

The entire staff is incredibly kind. They all work together to make sure you are getting the therapy needed to help you get better. I have had physical therapy at many other places and I end up quitting because I am not getting what I need but with Fyzical Therapy, I have continued to go and will continue because finally I am getting the help and support I need to get better and stronger! I have only done pool therapy so far with Fawn and she is amazing. I start working out of the pool this week and I am excited for the next part of my journey to recovery. I recommend them to everyone who needs physical therapy! You will not regret it!

This is the best place to get physical therapy and all the therapists are awesome!!! And I tell them that every time I go there. I won't go anywhere else. And the front desk is the best also. Thank You all!!!
