My experience here has been great! The building and equipment is clean and well-kept, and the staff are friendly and professional. I've been working with Susan Concannon, and while my case is somewhat complicated, I get the feeling that she really cares for my well-being, and we've made some good progress in lessening my pain.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The therapist I see, Jackie, is a great listener and communicator. I appreciate that beyond giving exercises they employ hands on therapy to really target the issue.

Office staff and PT''s are friendly, caring, and knowledgeabe. They listened to my concerns and were flexible with modifying my program as needed. I like the appt. reminders and texts for communications on progress or problems.

So pleased. I felt like I was listened to and that they understood my issues. I like the exercises I was given and I look forward to the dry needling they are going to try on me for my back. Jackie and the intern student were wonderful…😀
