I really appreciated Shane‘s guidance and transparency. I’ll be honest, I put off scheduling a PT session with him because it’s not cheap. I didn’t know if I was willing to spend almost $300 without any guarantee that what we would do there would actually bring relief and healing. Shane was so understanding and willing to coach me up on techniques and exercises that can help me, and gracious enough to recognize that I couldn’t afford to simply come back a bunch of times, even if that would be ideal, physically. Very comfortable and educational hour!

Professional and thorough! They do a great job evaluating your needs and are very accommodating to fit you in based on urgency! Dr. Krause is a joy to work with and great with teens and adults! Coming here for all our families needs!

Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center Wasilla has provided outstanding service with my rehab. Jean and Rilee have been my therapist’s they are very personable and great at their job. Also a shout out to Ms. Theresa she always greats the patients with a smile.

My experience has been really positive! I’ve been here 3 times (different reasons) and the results the first 2 times were excellent. This time around, I’m only a few weeks in, but it’s going well so far. My therapists were/are professional, but also made me feel comfortable. Aside from the therapy, they’ve worked miracles around my availability to make my sessions fit my schedule. Everyone is friendly and personable! I highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.

Danielle Schmaltz is is licensed physical and occupational therapist with FYZICAL Therapy and Balance; she goes above a beyond! She is knowledgeable and hungry to help you find answers. Dannielle, is very personable and makes sure to treat each of her clients’ as individuals. Along with such a highly rated PT/OT therapist, the whole team is welcoming and friendly. In my experience, everyone is very knowledgeable on billing/insurance companies, which I have found the biggest headache for health care services. The facility itself is clean, well put together and FULL of resources to give you the best care possible!
