Fantastic staff! They teach you so much about the therapy you are receiving. I am so pleased with the exercises and results I achieved. I highly recommend their services to anyone with bladder control issues and related conditions including back and balance.

This clinic is one of a kind. Dr. Kimberly truly cares about her patients and gives the highest quality therapy. She really knows her stuff and educates you to make sure you understand what’s going on. The receptionist Alexis is a professional and makes sure my appointments fit my schedule and keeps me updated on any changes that may be needed.

Really enjoyed my treatment here! My therapist was very attentive and I felt like she really listened to me. I feel like she made my treatment very specific to my needs and comfort level. The entire staff was so sweet. I brought my daughter to most of my appointments and they was always so helpful with her if she needed some love while I finished my appointment. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone! Especially postpartum mothers like me!

I had been suffering with sciatica on and off for a couple years, so my doctor recommended physical therapy. I tried another physical therapist in Foley and had short lived relief. I was starting to think that I would not get better. So back to the doc who recommended more PT. I decided to find a different physical therapist because, frankly, the first one did not help. I wanted to get better! I found Future Physical Therapy with a Google search and decided to give them a try after reading their excellent reviews. From the first day, they gave me one on one attention and I felt they really cared about my progress. Our sessions would start with a stationary bike or elliptical, then stretches and strength building exercises. Finally, the therapist would work on my back and hips and finish with a heating pad and relaxation. I also had three dry needling sessions which really helped. I was a little apprehensive at first, but I am so glad I did it! Today I had my last appointment, and I am feeling great! All along the way, my questions were answered, and I learned better methods for exercising. I am learning to relax and could not be happier. Thank you, Kim, Kayla, and Alexis, for all your hard work. I will keep up my exercises and will return to Future Physical Therapy if I ever need to.
