Very well organized with a pleasant and attentive staff. No issues when I have called and appointments have been conveniently scheduled to accommodate me. Mrs. Goodspeed has attended to my health concerns with knowledge and compassion and assisted me with referrals that I desperately needed (saving me time and money). I will also be contacting Dr. MacMahan’s Dermatology Clinic for a separate skin-related concern. Very impressed. I would definitely recommend Fusion Medical & Physical Therapy.

I'd give them a zero but you can't. I was a patient there for years. Had lots of trouble getting them to do there jobs correctly. Then out I'd now where this year they made up a wild story and then filed a lie in my medical file. If I were you I'd find a different doctor. Plus in 3 years I never once met the actual doctor. Filed with the medical board and nothing done. Seems that if you pay enough you can't be corrupt.

I am writing this in response to the ridiculous response to my former review. As I stated before, I am more than willing to have a discussion with the owner of this practice. I asked Laura if I could speak to the practice manager, Dr. Gilles. I never received a call back. The reason I waited to write this response was that I wanted to make sure my final prescriptions were filled. The letter that you are referring to was opened after I wrote this review. Coincidentally, it was the same day. Nothing that I wrote in my review is incorrect. I consciously canceled my last appointment after I got my prescriptions and found another provider. I can’t speak for the nurse practitioner, but this practice has been a mess. I will give you a little background. My grandfather ran his own practice as a urologist. My dad ran his own practice for a period of time as a neurologist. My brother works as a hospitalist, and my mother worked as a midwife/nurse practitioner for a private practice as well as planned parenthood. I know how medical facilities should be run, and I know when a practice is just trying to make an extra buck. Unfortunately, in our for profit medical care system, this is becoming more and more common in all practices and hospitals. I am more than happy to discuss the areas in need for improvement with the office manager or the practice owner, but nobody will have an actual conversation with me. I was planning on leaving well before receiving your letter. That is why I canceled my last appointment well before I received that letter. Additionally, in the letter it stated that a medical release form was enclosed. However, it was not. I am completely not surprised at all by that, but it was a comical last interaction. I actually laughed when I opened the letter. If you have Cigna, go find Dr Tade. She was outstanding , and she was responsible for most of these 5 star reviews. If the owner thinks this review was in response to the letter that was sent, then please act like a responsible business owner and give me a call. So many people hide behind a keyboard these days. I didn’t want to write a negative review as I know how hard it is to run a small medical practice. That is part of why I kept trying the new providers that were hired. Additionally, I will need someone to send that form to release my medical records. Pleasw review the HIPPA laws to make sure you stay compliant as multiple people have complained about that. Additionally, please remind your M.D to check labs and medical records before walking into a room, especially for a new patient . Nobody needs a lab reader. They need a doctor who is able to solve puzzles and make recommendations. Make sure to rest hormone levels at the appropriate time in a female’s cycle. Also, the MD should probably double check the thyroid prescription before sending it over to avoid possible complications. The wrong prescription was over twice. Lastly, I sent my best friend to your practice before all of these problems started and she called me immediately after her appointment complaining. Unfortunately, she didn’t see Dr. Tade like I told her to. The patient who referred your practice to me has also left. You can’t blame everyone else for your issues. Take responsibility and make some changes. I should not have to go through the fillers in various medications with your pharmacist explaining what they are. That is not my responsibility.

The doctors are never there, you always see the assistants every time. Didn't like that. Also my husband was actually the patient, and the doctor was supposed to call in his pain meds the same day, as my husband ran out of his medication that morning before his appt. Well it wasn't called in until over the weekend. That's not fair for him to do to his patients considering their there for the pain they're in. Do not recommend.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, greet me by name as soon as I walk in. JT has always been terrific. I've been seeing him for several years despite the changes in locations. ( I drive from Norman) They have always worked with me if I had to adjust an appointment and even did a last minute televisit when my health made it unadvisable to appear in person. Unlike a previous commentor I have never had a problem getting my pain meds on time. They are now working with me at my request to see if I can get off the NORCAN entirely.

I love seeing JT, but it seems like the nurse makes the decisions instead of the doctors. I was fired for testing positive for something I hadn’t had in 6 years. I don’t understand that. I will really miss JT.

I have been a patient of Fusion Medical for around 5 years now. I absolutely love this office. JT is phenomenal ! The entire staff is wonderful.
