Having dealt with my back issue for years, the staff here took the time to thoroughly evaluate what was going on and created the routines and motivation to make significant improvements. Highly recommended.

These guys rock!!! I dislocated my shoulder and tore my leg room and a piece of the bone with it as well as a Hill Sachs impaction, and 2 tears on the rotator cuff. Since I had to wait a while for surgery my surgeon recommended trying physical therapy as soon as I was able to. I'm now 2 weeks in and have 165° rotation mobility in my shoulder. Not certain yet but it looks like I may be able to avoid surgery which is not typical in these situations. I'm 38 years old and usually with these injuries people my age tend to require surgery to get their full range of motion back so they can live a normal lif, camre. Shout out to Eric, Cameron, and everyone else sorry if I can't remember names but they're all good.

The staff is caring about every detail. Address the whole body and mind. I couldn't believe how much the entire staff takes on a personal investment in treatment. I feel they really care that their patients succeed and when I'm not they figure out how I can. Eric, is patient and directs his staff with care and 30 years experience. It's personal there and I appreciate them all.

I have been in many Physical Therapy for different injuries from tennis elbow to hip replacement to knee replacement. In general I can say all were good. But this place was the best for the attention to details and care. After my surgery for knee replacement on June 28th I could start playing tennis again on September 15th 2 to 4 times a week and I am wining most of my games to the amazement of my friends. Dr. Bruce Henderson that performed the knee surgery recommended this place and I am happy I tried it out.

This place is the cream of the crop compared to four physical therapy places I’ve been to. Everyone here is super helpful, knowledgeable and concerned about every patient there. Manager Eric addressed my back issue by working on the body’s core in addition to the back. It’s made a big difference in my strength and endurance level. And the facility has huge windows overlooking the Waterford River Walk. It’s a pleasure to go there. I give them a hearty 5 stars! ⭐️

Today was my worst and last experience at this facility. I been a patient going there for two weeks and today will be my last visit. I initially Spoke to my therapist who asked me if I’m coming in today and I told her yes at 5. I asked the receptionist if my therapist was in when I noticed I still haven’t been seen until 5:15. She told me I would be working with another therapist. To my surprise my therapist who I confirmed my appointment with left at 3. I got there at 4:58 wasn’t seen until 5:15. I was told I would be seen by a therapist named Lindsay. I said to myself things happen so I will work with Lindsay. That’s not what happen I starting working with one of the male therapists. I did 8 minutes of exercises with him that I could’ve simply done at home, so when I was done with those exercises he was helping another patient. After 5 minutes Lindsay shows up and stated she will be working with me at this point I’m being tossed around. Yet I remained patient, she went and helped another patient and ignored and I believe an assistant named Olivia started helping me who had NO IDEA what she was doing. She then went to the male therapist who was helping me in the beginning and then to the owner who did the excuse that my original therapist is new and they still don’t understand all her terminology. Olivia then wanted me to do a repetitive exercise which I told her I already done . At this point, she went back to the owner. Having enough of the games, I got up requested my order form from my physician and walked out. There is a certain professionalism a business should have. This was not the case. I will be calling my insurance making sure this is accounted for and that my order form will be going to a different facility. A patient should never have to have this experience, but getting paid by the insurance was their main priority, when they should’ve simply called the patient and told them their physical therapist isn’t available and reschedule. Please be extremely careful whom you associate with. The pandemic also affects these medical facilities that they will cause problematic situations and not look out for their patients.

Besides the owners they have very young staffing with little to no experience working with and instructing patients. I had multiple issues with them. From scheduling, not changing my routine for 3 days after my Dr.s orders to begin strengthening, to them discussing my treatment to come with my Workers Comp Nurse Consultant. That conversation should of never took place with out them talking to me first or at least talking to us both at the same time as I permitted. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else! Who needs all this headache when your busy trying to heal!

Due to my progressive/chronic, I am a frequent user of FTP over nine years. The owners are caring specialists. The physical therapists are well-schooled and full of energy. The staff has been helpful with insurance issues. There is no better place.
