Functional physical therapy and rehabilitation

I was on the fence at first but they totally blew me away.. after multiple surgeries and PT, this is the only place that was effective in my recovery....I highly recommend

Never again. Use another...waste of my day... HAD to share This is the most confused and disorganized PT I've ever been to and as a 30 year law enforcement person... I've used lots of them. Work comp sent them a complete approval package for a neck injury. ...but they were confused and continued to ask for my employers info to put in their database. ....before they treat. Actual conversation: Them; We can't do any work until we know your employer Me: I'm retired from the City of LA don't you have my approval and Rx? Them: yes but but we need your employer! Me:...yes I'm retired... not working... RETIRED FROM CITY OF LOS ANGELES...many years ago Them: Really....we need your employer info... Me: huh? I just told you. Them: We'll who can we CALL? Me: I'm retired!! No one. Been retired long time...You have a full and complete Dr AND work comp letter and approval in front of you. I saw it. Them: YES ITs ALL APPROVED but.....We need to have your employer information... Me: I just told you! .....10 mins of this farce (whose on first routine) later. BYE! Never again. They lost 18 paid visits with that nightmare. I've had many a PT and this place was the worse. A wait room full of elderly folks waiting... one PT person working... no one looked like they wanted to be there.

Elevator didn't work, so I (and another wheelchair-bound patient) was not able to make my appointment. There was no urgency to call facilities to fix this, nor any urgency for any follow-up...like answering the phone to reschedule. Lack of empathy in their operations.

The team there is a little relaxed, but knowledge-wise they’re spot on. I had a herniated disc and with their help and treatment plan I was able to recover quickly. It was painful, but with the therapy, I could feel and see the progress. It’s a small business, so give them a little leeway in operations. They should have a tighter ship, but so long as they can get the job done in a timely manner and help me out, at the end of the day, I’m not docking them any points.

I’m extremely satisfied with the treatment I received. The staff was very helpful and friendly Dr. Isaac is the best. Thank you Functional Physical Therapy 😊

Please read my story, it's is as true as it gets. If you have ANY PT needs, look no further. Bad motorcycle accident in March, got tboned and hit a pole. Everyone is very smart and the doctor is excellent and has helped me go from a two foot laceration and fracture on leg, and crutches barely walking, to walking, slow jogging, stairs, body squats, all within 8 weeks! The limp is nearly gone. The doctors at hospital said 1-3 years. Functional Physical Therapy, I am forever grateful and blessed to have such wonderful help in my life!

Dr. David and his assistants are so good. I never did my PT exercises without being closely observed and corrected when necessary. The place is so so very clean. Sounds simple, but i have gone to places where they were not professional and i did not see improvement because i did not learn how to do the exercises properly. I got better with Dr. David.

I tried to book an appt here and the person on the phone said they will call back on wednesday "if they remember to"... He actually said that. Well, he didnt remember to..
