Functional Performance Center

Sara Ullenbruch-Zarezadeh is a fantastic physical therapist. She helped me in ways others could not. The techniques used here differ from many other physical therapists and seem to achieve uniquely effective results.

Functional Performance Center is a great place to heal. During my time there I worked with Corey, who is incredibly knowledgeable and kind! I highly recommend FPC to any and all!

FPC has provided excellent diagnosis, treatment, and therapy guidance for my many degenerative joint problems. The stretching and strengthening exercises have greatly improved my pain and mobility issues. My deepest thanks to Sara and her staff.

All PT's are very knowledgeable and work well together. They will listen to their client's needs. All of the employees are friendly. I have worked with Brooke, and she know my needs. If Brooke is on vacation, the other PT's can easily follow her written routine.

I was welcomed from the very beginning by the front office staff. Brooke is my assigned PT. She says I did all the work but without her skilled guidance and encouragement, I would not be walking today. I trust what she says. There are two additional PT on staff who also helped me continue my progress. Sara and Corey have the skills and knowledge to gain a patient’s trust plus equally interested in my progress. I also have to include the back office staff for their help. Excellent all the way around! I thank each and everyone at FPC and I highly recommend.

LOVE FPC! Corey is amazing, Atlas is an awesome addition to the staff, there's great people working the desk. I've never had a problem here and was lucky to meet everyone I did while recovering there. Thank you guys!

Very responsive. Sarah is so knowledgeable and professional. I love my previous orthotics so I am going back to them the second time around because of the great orthotics they make.
