Fuller Physical Therapy Beaver Dam

I have been to Fuller Physical Therapy for therapy after a knee replacement and for dizziness. Dr Fuller has treated me, as well as some of his staff. I can't praise them enough. They will do everything in their power to to improve and/or rectify your condition.

I highly recommend Fuller Physical Therapy. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The office has a very comfortable atmosphere and makes you feel welcome. They have helped me reduce my pain greatly. I would definately recommend Fuller Physical Therapy to my friends and family. If I need additional therapy I would choose Fuller Physical Therapy!

I suffered from back pain for years. I never knew what it was like to feel great until I met Chris and his staff. Now for years I have felt comfortable in dealing with my condition. I have had injections and meds and therapy before, and it only helped for few days, but since going to Fuller therapy, I am so much better; dry needling is the best.......they all are so nice to u the minute they first see u till u leave there., They make sure that u are comfortable and well informed about all they do to u, and if not, u can always call them and ask any questions u need to get the answers u need......I recommend them to anybody that needs therapy of any kind, they are so good at what they do............

Started not long after Dr.Fuller opened in Beaver Dam. Have fibromyalgia , have had shoulder replacement and neck surgery . Started physical theary then added dry needling , deep tissue massage . Go on regular basis for pain management . Help me be functional again . May I say allowe aware polite and professional Helping me every trip.

I was having severe headaches with neck pain but after dry needling by Dr. Fuller and getting the kinks worked out, I felt like a new person. I highly recommend Fuller Physical Therapy!!!
