I am disappointed having to give this therapy company a bad rating because they were all so nice to me and my son. My son's pediatrician wondered why they "graduated" him so early when he clearly still needed therapy. He still can't speak more than 3 word sentences. I wonder if they assumed he was autistic and therefore didn't want to continue helping us. This is fine. It's their right to accept whatever kind of patient this company wants. I just wish they were more honest to me. He recently got evaluated by a psychologist with a doctorate degree of 25 years experience, and she even disagreed with full potential discharging him when he evidently wasn't ready. What's even more interesting is full potential didn't even send the report to his own pediatrician who put the referral in the first place. My guess is that ms. Caroline was barely beginning her career. I can understand this. I just wish you all were more honest with the possible real reason why you discharged my son because all the medical professionals who I stated above disagreed with him being ready.

I can’t recommend Full Potential Speech enough. Everyone was always so kind and worked so great with my daughter. My daughter loves Miss Jessica. She was always so good with my daughter and helped her speech grow so much while she attended speech therapy. We cannot begin to thank everyone there for all of their dedication in working with my daughter. They are always so accommodating and understanding and able to reschedule at anytime. Thank you so much for everything and helping my daughter reach her full potential.

I am so grateful for Sandra and her entire team. I've had 2 of my children attend Full Potential and they have grown so much with the help of Sandra, Deyanah, and Wenna. You can tell that this team are in this to help children and it shows in their work. The only reason we are not still with them is because we moved but if there was a teletherapy I'd sign up immediately. True Godsends!

Everyone at full expressions in both offices are amazing! My daughter has progressed so much in a matter of months. Sandra is so patient and kind. My daughter looked forward to going to speech each week and I can’t thank Sandra enough for all the work she put in. She would even send homework home to help me further my daughter’s progress. The whole team truly cares about your child and I’m so happy we found them. Thank you Sandra!

We had such a wonderful experience with Full Potential Speech! My son is a tough cookie to motivate and is a busy body, but Sandra was so kind, patient and accommodating to him and his needs. She truly loves her practice and clients and it is absolutely evident. My son exited services a year and a half ago and still asks regularly if we can "go to speech!"

This place has been nothing but patient with my son! he struggled a lot with his first therapist but they changed his therapist to Ms. Deyanah! My son absolutely loves her! his speech increased incredibly once we found the root cause of the delay. (Diagnosed with Autism) she was the best therapist by far! very patient, kind and involves the parent, so you wont be out of the loop on your kids learning. Prints out info for you, breaks it down, and most of all she's open to questions! I absolutely love her! So sad to leave California but she was the best therapist there. thank you to Ms. Sandra as well! for always being so understanding and keeping track of my sons progress. If yall go go here I highly recommend, they work with your child, looking for them to thrive! you will see your babies skyrocket and thrive in language! Just have to communicate and access is all! coming from a military family we greatly appreciate your guys' flexibility and patience its been a hectic time but y'all made it easy by hearing us out! <3

I love this place. The therapists are so warm and welcoming, very patient and friendly. You can see that they love what they do and kids even crying for leaving this place. I strongly recommend it.
