I've been a patient of Dr. Woodford's for about 9 years, and I will be as long as he's practicing. After my pellets yesterday I stayed for an infusion, which I could not be more pleased with. Thanks, "Dr. Feelgood!" You and your staff are the hands down best ❤️

After $600 in labs bills from their office and Quest, I communicated I DID NOT want to do any follow up labs; since I am a healthy 36 year old and the only test that came back out of range was my vitamin D levels. Everything else came back healthy and in range. Emily’s nurse told me I couldn’t continue care there if I didn’t have the follow up done. Fine. Whatever, not worth the hassle of finding a new provider. I show up to my follow up lab appointment and confirmed with the phlebotomist that we were just running the Vitamin D test. Nope! She had ordered a whole slew of other tests including hormonal testing which is some of the most expensive. The nurse came in and told me I wouldn’t be able to continue care with Emily if I didn’t have these follow up tests run only SIX MONTHS after my initial labs. My husband is the director of sales for a laboratory and knows more about the lab space than I do. So I get him on speaker phone and the nurse gives him no reason why there is a medical necessity for these tests. So I leave the appointment having seen no provider or had any lab work done. My suspicion about their laboratory practices was confirmed today when I received a bill for lab work that I did not have done. $100 for an appointment I walked out of because no one could give me an explanation as to why it was medically necessary to recheck my labs. If you want to have any autonomy or say in your medical care or expenses, find another practice.

I am so glad I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Jessica Rogers. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and came up with a game plan. Other doctors told me my “numbers” were within limits but I still felt like I’d been hit by a truck! She gave me more information in the first visit than o anyone had shared with me. So glad I found y’all.

The nurse I spoke with when called back was extremely rude and condescending to the point I walked out before being seen. Basically said they only test for testosterone and do nothing else and suggested I couldn’t afford an in depth blood test if they offered it.

After asking several questions, and pointing out concerns, on a Full Life Wellness Center FB page video/post, I was promptly blocked before my questions were even addressed. Bummer. I'm guessing my concerns, and comments, were probably pretty accurate but just incase the block was an accident, I'll share what I wrote here for someone to follow-up and address🙃 I'd LOVE to see the research you referenced. Is it “bioidentical compounded hormone replacement” that you offer? After a quick ACOG search (which is the governing body of OBGYN recommendations) i found that these formulations aren’t recommended and also aren’t FDA approved. If you are looking for help with PP depression-the gold standard is SSRIs-specifically Zoloft. Furthermore-what these places also don’t tell you is getting testosterone pellets will cause significant increases in your testosterone levels, causing irreversible enlargement of the clitoris, elevated cholesterol, male pattern baldness, and voice deepening. Sure you feel great because you’re literally taking steroids. HRT in general also increases your risk of blood clot, stroke, heart attack, and in some cases breast cancer. Could you elaborate on these findings? I also love that you failed to mention the treatments aren't covered by insurance and it's usually $300-$400/session One comment is harassment? Wow. It seems more likely I struck a nerve. You still haven't addressed my questions. I hope the vulnerable women you're preying upon see this and rely on the guidance of their OB rather than your fake claims that you can't provide resources to. Disgraceful and disgusting. Please people. Do your own research rather than relying on the "claims" this business posts. Ladies, your mental health and well being are SO important. I understand the desperation to feel better, more like yourself, but please be honest and transparent with your OBGYN and let them help you safely. Your health is not worth the placebos they're giving you.

Full Life Wellness was recommended by my CRNP & I could not be happier with my care or my results. It's a real blessing to get my hormones back to where they need to be to live my best life.

I came here for primary care and hormone replacement therapy. I previously was going to a place in Madison where I was treated terribly and the doctor was incompetent. Stacey Moore and Emily Russell have saved my life! They both are extremely knowledgeable and take much time listening to everything you say. They explain options to you and really care about their patients. I feel blessed beyond measure to have found these exceptional women and will be their patient for life.

I was getting weekly B12 injections and with no warning the injectors left. I had a big international trip and really needed it. Was told I would have wait until December or January. I have started a new company and need the energy boost. So be careful. My son had a blood test and just gone!
