This place has amazing workouts, amazing coaches, you go at your own pace, managing weights you can lift. The music is great, it’s fun. I am NOT BORED! They work out different areas based on the day, core, general, upper body. You get a couple sessions free to try out. Come try us out. I WISH I knew about this place sooner.

FTF is none like any other gym its personal, caring and none other best results. Teach you how to eat etc just a game changer I've never had weight loss results as such and kept it off. I never thought I could lift a weight, burpees, running and much more I highly recommend FTF. Thanks to all the Coaches.

I had an amazing workout this morning with my friend. I burned a lot of calories. It was high intensity interval training with amazing coaches and great live music. I will definitely be back.

The coaches here are knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, respectful and motivational. My favorite aspect of this gym is the utilization of heart rate monitoring on a large screen that you can monitor while you workout and the coaches use it to push you or modify the exercise. All of the equipment is set up at the beginning of the workout to maximize your time and it is cleaned at the end of each session. The workouts are structured, but you are still able to start where you feel more comfortable to make the routine more manageable. Finally, one of the important things is outcomes. For the longest time I have been resistant to the onsite suggestions for various reasons. Now that I have been more open to the feedback, they have been incredibly supportive and have been very helpful with physical therapy exercises to help with minor aches and pains.

I became aware of this Boot camp 4 weeks ago. Went in optimistic, but I must say all of the optimism is out the door. They are so caring, supportive, and honest. They got you back not just in it for the money. I enjoy our weekly Zoom meetings for accountability. The support is massive. It is a family environment. I am currently doing there 6 week challenge and differently plan to do another one. So much love to all the coaches and members thanks for the support, both physical and mental. I appreciate you guys.

So glad I discovered FTF! I joined the 6 week challenge and since then I am definitely feeling the results. Everyone is so supportive, with no judgement. I definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for trainers and a program to help shift your lifestyle and habits. FTF had honestly been a life saver for me. First, and maybe most important, is the wonderful sense of community. Everyone supports each others and that speaks volumes to those of us who lack self motivation. The workouts are always different and the coaches go above and beyond to make it fun while still challenging. I truly look forward to going every morning, the very best way to start my day! Well I'm at the end of my 6 week challenge and I'm happy to say that I've loss body fat and have begun to build muscle. I'm very satisfied this far with the program, it works! Coach Carl and all of the staff are very motivating and have great energy. The sense of community is also very strong. It's tough, but the coaches are excellent. They monitor your form and take time to demonstrate and correct. I really do enjoy the bootcamp and reccomend it to all who want to stay active, lose weight and get healthy.
