Ft. Benning VA Clinic

As other people have commented, appointments are two months out. I had a telehealth appointment this morning. I have been waiting for 15 minutes and no provider has entered the appointment. I tried to call the VA and it immediately sent me to voicemail saying they’re not open. They advertise that they open at 7am and it’s 8:45. I’m going to start looking for other VA’s in Columbus.

Not quite understanding, I'm driving past one VA clinic I was already assigned to. Only to be sent 45 minutes out if the way to Fort Moore.

I've dealt with the VA for years, but the VA clinic on Fort Benning is the best VA I've ever dealt with. They answer the phone, everyone is pleasant and there is very little wait time and the medical staff is very professional. Dr. Bland is my doctor and she is the BEST VA doctor I've ever had. She is attentive and always willing to do referrals for problems she can't treat herself. If you are a veteran in the Columbus, GA area and need a doctor, I highly recommend you make an appointment with Dr. Bland.

Worst VA care ever! Appointments are over 2 months out and overbooked. Don't show any care for the veterans! Shame how we are treated.
