Made a couple of appointments that I had to cancel due to oncall work and family schedule. Without informing or notifying me they red flagged me and I was unable to be seen there by anyone anymore. Not much help, assistance, compassion, or understanding to clients who are experiencing difficulties and or crisis. And very unprofessional to alienate a patient by red-flagging them with no prior notice or warning. Seek help where you’ll get it. Not here

Do not go to this place! I was going here for about 9 months or so. The doctor on initial visit talked to me for 20 minutes and decided to cut me in half on my usual meds. The meds I was taken has worked well for me the past few years but everytime I went in he was trying to lower my amount and prescribe me something else. If I found something that worked well for me why was this place so hell bent on changing that? Not to mention how embarrassing is was for me when I went on a trip to Florida. I let my doctor dr Augustin know months before my trip but he wanted to just transfer the meds while I was there which was not that big of a deal. That was until I called talked to him found a pharmacy waited a few hours went to the pharmacy. When I got to the pharmacy in Florida they said that hadn't heard from my doctor. This office literally ignored my phone calls for over an hour purposely. They wouldn't answer me but luckily I had my girlfriend with me. I call on her phone with 907 area code and what do you know they answer right away. He still made me wait as long as possible until 15 minutes of pharmacy closing to get my meds. Thank god the people in Florida were kind. So I literally waisted half a day on vacation to get my meds while it felt like the power hungery doctor was trying to show his control and power over the situation. Idk what it was maybe he was having a bad day or his girlfriend cheated on him but its no excuse. it's definitely been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Just save yourself time and chose another place or at least a different doctor!

Frontier Health & Wellness has been amazing! They truly care about every client and create a safe space where I feel heard. The staff is friendly, and their personalized approach made a big difference in my life. Highly recommend! 😊

I highly recommend Frontier Health Services. The front desk are helpful, well informed, and on the ball. We have seen three counselors. Each counselor was professional, knowledgeable in their field, and personable. They have seen my children. I trust them. I highly recommend this office. I have had favorable experiences with every visit.

I called to get more information about intake and the billing process and the woman who answered the phone was very stand off ish and rude, which is extremely concerning considering this is a mental health institution. She told me they don't have a billing department to transfer me to and she could not answer my question even though every other mental health office I've called has been able to answer that same question with no problem. She interrupted me multiple times. I stated that she sounded a little stand offish about a simple question and she just laughed at me and then tried to hang up on me by saying "I'm just going to go ahead and check this person out then." I don't want to even think about using this place anymore and having to deal with her again. I recommend you don't either unless she is not there. Did not catch her name though..

I called to inquire whether they accept medicaid (they do not). The gentalman who answered was very polite and helpful. He offered to email me a list of insurance friendly providers which struck me as very cool considering the result of our initial communication was "its not gonna work out" and he could have ended the call, he went that little step further and I very much appreciated that! All the staff here are simply wonderful. Everyone at the office from their administrative staff to the providers are knowledgeable, professional, and kind.
