It's very tough to find the front door. Start walking around the building...and then just keep walking. You'll probably find it eventually. Before my initial visit, my husband called the Frontier Community Health Dental Clinic to verify their prices. My husband asked how much a dental cleaning would cost. We were told that it would be ~$200 for the initial exam and xrays. We thought the cleaning would go along with that hefty price. Nope. It would be another ~$90 for cleaning on a subsequent visit. So that was misleading and disappointing. And I sat in that office for 1.5 hours waiting to be called back, then waiting for xrays, then waiting for the dentist to see me. Also, I've been to the dentist twice a year for the past several years and I've NEVER gotten more than 4 xrays at a time. This place took 19--yeah, I said NINETEEN--xrays of my mouth. WHAT?!?! Why?!?! I came in with no complaints. Just wanted to be established as a new, healthy patient. I have no co-morbidities. They probably do that so that they can charge $200 for an exam for a new patient visit. That many xrays is completely unnecessary (and unhealthy) for someone my age with good dentition. The staff was friendly. That's why I'm giving them 2 stars.
