The staff here are incredibly caring and kind. I have never had any issues with my appointments, scheduling conflicts, etc. Never have I felt judged or looked down upon and it is very easy to open up to them. They accept my insurance and I've never had any issues with my prescription not being called in, etc. I highly recommend Front Range.

Dr. McCoy is a very understanding and compassionate doctor, and I could not recommend the Front Range Clinic more highly. Many suboxone providers require that patients be 3 days clean at the time of their first visit, a nearly impossible feet for most addicts. Dr. McCoy understands what a challenge this is and has no such requirement, instead placing the focus on improvement and recovery. His support staff, namely Trish, is excellent as well. They provide a friendly, open, and caring environment, and for a price far lower than most other suboxone clinics in the Denver metro area. *They now accept Medicaid patients*

Dr. McCoy is fantastic. The Suboxone coordinator is extremely difficult to get a hold of in urgent situations. She has failed to return phone calls numerous times. I would not recommend this office because of how it is run. It's too bad because Clark McCoy is a good doc, I just don't think he's aware of the the failures with his staff.

I have to say I would have given 5 stars but I wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment time. However...loved the staff. Each one was so kind and helpful and I was impressed with how they handled themselves. My provider explained so much that I had no idea about which left me feeling confident in my choice. Overall I am very pleased!

I’ve been going to FRC since 2014, with only a short time when I was going to another clinic in Denver. Dr. McCoy saved my life. After years of chronic pain and a c-section that went bad, I was on four different types of very strong opioid pain medications. Prescribed to me by a clinic in Ft. Collins. They almost ruined my life and several times I would forget that I’d taken my medicine and I’d take it again, causing fear when I discovered what I’d done. The clinic I saw in Denver was terrible. They were charging me $250.00 per visit and would not take my insurance. Dr. McCoy began taking my insurance within a couple of visits and he charged me a much smaller fee, when he didn’t take it. The other clinic is definitely legal drug dealers, but FRC is anything but that. They’ve always listened to my concerns, answered my questions and when I had a death in my family, they took extra time to talk with me, council me and allowed me to express my deep sadness over it. This was the doctor, not the therapist. I’m so very grateful for this clinic and I really don’t know what I would do or where I’d be today, if I hadn’t stumbled across FRC’s phone number, over five years ago. My guess is I’d either be dead, alone or a serious mess, addicted to narcotics. My family almost left me because of the opioids, I’m so grateful for Dr. McCoy and his wonderful team, I will never be able to tell any of them how much I appreciate everything they do for me. I highly recommend this place, if you or a friend or family member is taking any opioids or street drugs. FRC could save their life.

These people ARE NOT DOCTORS. They're criminals. They see each patient for mere minutes (if that, seriously), and pretend like they're helping them with the disease of addiction. It's amazing how some of our most highly-thought-of "professionals" are these people. They're simply drug dealers with a license. This particular facility has opened up several shops, one right after another, just like the opiate dealers did prior. It's amazing how it doesn't cause attention. Do you see a company open 1 cancer clinic 1 day in Fort Collins, and then the next week have one open in Greeley, and so on and so on? No, but you do see similar behavior in drug trafficking. I hope someone helps eliminate these white collar killers. If they were an actual rehab, they'd see you for more than 3 minutes each visit.

I gave this place five stars since the majority of the staff here have been nothing short of amazing. I have come a long way since my addiction to opiates thanks to the help of this place & it's compassionate, accommodating staff.
