An amazing place. Dr.Sepi is experienced in dealing with complicated physical/nuerological issues and helped reverse years of bad body mechanics/posture. She has a very subtle approach that showed big results after every session ( including no more daily headaches, jaw pain, and decreased neck pains with increased range of motion ). I highly recommend to anyone seeking complete , long lasting healing from physical ailments. Office has private parking , a gym, magical garden and is always spotless 👍

Sepi and her competent delightful staff are a true avenue to healing. I came to her almost 2 years ago after an injury and a surgery for a removal of a cyst, I was unable to walk or stand for any length of time. Years before I had a triple fusion on my back and a hip replacement. I was running out of hope for a normal pain free life. I came to “From the heart Therapy” after my Dr referred me as a last resort. I arrived in tears hopeful yet skeptical. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in capable, loving hands. It took a few sessions before I saw an improvement and then the pain began to lift. I am back to a normal active life with hiking, working and playing with my grandchildren. As a 73-year-old woman I still experience some aches and pains and happily return for a bit of maintenance. I have sent many friends as well as my grown children all with great results. I never write reviews but if my experience can help one person find hope it is worth it. Sepi will not disappoint. I am forever grateful to her. I now call her my Angel.

A Healing Experience beyond my expectations I’ve been living with chronic neck, back, arm and wrist pain for over 15 years, and despite trying various remedies, nothing seemed to offer lasting relief. In addition to the pain, I also suffered from numbness in my hands, fingertips, and the muscles on my back. I didn’t want to go the route of pain medication or steroid shots, as I prefer to avoid those solutions. I believe our bodies are capable of healing themselves, so I began searching for alternative, holistic treatments. After much research, I decided to try the John Barnes method of myofascial release, and I’m so glad I found Dr. Sepi. I was drawn to her practice for two main reasons: First, her office is conveniently located near my home, and second, I discovered that she also treats pelvic issues, which piqued my interest. I had also been dealing with menopause symptoms, including a return of my menstrual cycle after 1 ½ years without one, along with severe peri-menopausal challenges. I thought maybe this treatment could address both my physical and pelvic issues. Potentially providing relief for two concerns with one treatment. The day of the first appointment. I was hopeful for some relief from my long-standing pain, and if the pelvic issues improved as well, that would be a bonus. What happened during the first treatment, however, was beyond my expectations. Before beginning the treatment, Sepi asked me a series of questions, including one about past physical trauma. I replied “no physical trauma", as I’d never been in an accident or broken any bones. I explained my chronic pain, the menopause issues and pelvic issues. As she worked through the treatment and reached my abdominal area, I began to feel discomfort, but what really took me by surprise was the deep emotional pain that emerged. Suddenly, I was overcome with a profound sadness that seemed to come from deep within my soul, and I began crying uncontrollably. Sepi was incredibly patient and compassionate as I wept, and I shared with her that although I’d never experienced physical trauma, I had endured significant emotional trauma as a child. The emotional release I experienced during the treatment was intense. The pain I felt in my stomach felt like it was tied to old, buried emotions of guilt and shame that had been with me for years. It was a powerful and unexpected release, and I realized I had been carrying the weight of this emotional trauma for much of my life without even realizing it. The physical relief I experienced after the first session was remarkable. Since then, I have been completely pain-free, with no numbness in my hands, back or fingertips. I’ve also experienced significant relief from the pelvic issues I was experiencing. I am deeply grateful for Sepi for her expertise, her compassion, and for facilitating such a profound healing experience. Thank you, God, for guiding me to this treatment and too such and extraordinary Physical Therapist.

This physical therapy office has it's own parking lot off the street. There is a wonderful garden I walked through, with a heart shaped fountain, to get to the front door. Sepi and her staff are warm, kind and professional. I have had other physical therapies for my back over a period of 30 years, but the myofascial release that Sepi does is awesome and after the first session, I felt very different. The pain subsided, my posture was better and I felt connected to my body. I cannot say enough about Sepi, her staff(Alex and Anna) and myofascial release physical therapy. It has changed my life. 💗

Earlier this year one of my immediate family member had a condition that was managed with pain and other medications and required several ER and doctor’s visits. I have been seeing Sepi for almost a year now. I was just finishing up with traditional physical therapy at another location when I started. As my time was ending at the other place I knew I needed to continue therapy in some capacity. The traditional strengthening, stretching, etc. did help me to have improvement but I knew I needed something more. I was so hopeful when I saw that myofascial release was offered relatively close to my house. I was hopeful but still a little skeptical. The therapy that she offers is unlike anything else. It is done in a very relaxing & gentle manner. She also feels & listens to the body in a way where I barely have to tell her what is ailing me. She just knows where to go. She also really cares about her patients and getting to know them and what is going on in their life. All of this combined helps to facilitate an over all healing on so many levels. The original ailment that I went to her for is pretty much cleared up with an occasional flare up, but nothing like it was before. I am now on a maintenance schedule for general stress relief about once a month. What would you pay to have less pain & stress built up in your body? Stress is a constant in our lives and there are many tools that we can use to mitigate this. Sepi's from the heart approach is one that I will gladly carry in my tool box for the ongoing future. Also, the entire office is just a pleasure to visit. Alex at the front desk is so sweet and helpful to work out the logistics with. Sepi & her make a great team at giving the patients an overall enjoyable experience.

I have delt with horrific periods my whole life and I never would imagine my life changed within one session with the team at from the heart with myofascial release. I had just about given up with trying to find a solution to my painful periods, I had gone to numerous doctors looking for relief and the only solution seemed to be birth control which was counterproductive at the time since I was trying to get pregnant. The pain that I experienced was debilitating, I would become sick, get terrible headaches and the pelvic pain was excruciating. Sepi worked on me and was able to tell me my pelvis was off and help me with realignment, since then I have not had to miss work due to pain infact I forget that I’m even on my period, I am in utter amazement as before I use to have to take medication just to take the edge off still being doubled over in pain. This is just the beginning of the amazing work I have received here, she has helped with my TMJ as well. Even last month I came in barely able to move my neck and that day I walked out with range of motion back after Erin worked on me, I was so happy it brought tears to my eyes.
