I had an incredible experience with them. I needed a TB test done for my job. In and out within 5 minutes and everyone was nice and friendly customer service.

This service was super disappointing, I called them to make an appointment but this girl on the phone with me was just trying to talk over me and say that I need to do this and that like literally I’m suffering here with a condition but she kept talking about their program when I don’t even know what they have and it is my first time trying to make an appointment. She wasn’t even trying to understand my point of view or even give me any information to see if I am qualify to their program. The person on the phone that I was with was so rude.

Not sure if the doctor or PA through which this clinic operates under is aware, but an MA interpreted my TB test today which is not allowed under their license. This MA also interpreted my test as positive after which they initially attempted to allow me a copy of my results and had me take a picture with my phone. That is ridiculous as it is my own private patient information which I am entitled to access. Unfortunately, no one else was at the office at my time of visit, so I was unable to receive a second opinion from a licensed professional and required a chest x-ray for a copy of my results to be available to me per their clinic's protocol. I feel such a dose of radiation is quite unnecessary, given the visual appearance of my test as well as my own personal low-risk profile for TB. Observing how the MA read my results was concerning as she measured the redness around the site of injection instead of the physical bump, leading to an erroneous 21 mm x 19 mm positive result. I will note however that the staff is professional and courteous which is why I feel 3 stars is appropriate. However, I feel it necessary to report so that the medical licenses this clinic operate under are aware of this malpractice. Although the title, Medical Assistant, may suggest a medical license, they are not licensed the same as a MD/DO, PA-C, or NP. Only those with a medical license are certified to interpret TB results.

I have gone here and so has my sister and friend for TB testing and it’s the most affordable test that we’ve paid for. No appointment needed just go in as a walk in during open business hours. Plus they give referrals and do also appointments for physicals. They also accept Medi-cal paitients.

I just visited the office for a tb test it was only $20.00 dollars, i have no health insurance as of now and that was a great deal, I would have spent over $100.00 for the new pt fee and the app for them to check my arm after. I'm so happy with the receptionist, she was friendly and really nice. It was a pleasant talking with her even if i was in and out in under 10 min. I will be going every year for my test

Fresno needs more services like the ones offered here. I have always felt comfortable and my questions have always been answered professionally.

Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star the staff were really rude and scammed me out of another $20 as a RN that works for community hospital I wouldn’t say any of those people are there to help looks like their more into a paycheck when it was 11:00 I had no idea it was lunch the lady slammed the door in my face NEVER AGAIN the behavior was unnecessary and disgusting do better .

These people have to say the time frame they are gone on their voice-mail we cannot be waiting around guessing the actual times they are close for...
