I did love this place and everyone there until they decided they couldn’t see me anymore. They were weaning me off all medications, then one day decided to refuse prescribing medications until I drug screened due to low levels. Dr knew of everything. Nurses stare at body parts while drug screening, really uncomfortable. Joyce at reception is probably the only one that truly cares about the patients! Do not recommend!!

The staff there is absolutely great! Elaine really cares about her patients and does a good job of helping each one on an individual basis. Peer support leader, Pam Chaffins, is another awesome employee that goes above and beyond to provide support and advice to each of her group members. Great place!

I absolutely live this clinic!! Everyone here really seem like they care about their patients and are dedicated to helping improve the quality of life of their patients. Mrs. Bethal Hall listens to her patients problems and concerns and fully dedicates herself. I also live being able to do groups via telehealth, it makes it so much easier because I have so many Dr appointments its difficult at times, Pam is a great peer support counselor and goes above and beyond,or at least she has for me!! Keep up the great work!! Blessed be!!

Five stars aren’t enough to accurately rate the great ppl & environment at Fresh Start. This is the first place I’ve been that feels like the staff truly cares about its patients & doesn’t see them as merely dollar signs. The entire staff is top shelf & they go above & beyond to help in every way & make you feel welcome. Theresa is the sweetest, most helpful receptionist ever & made me feel comfortable & at home from day 1. My nurse, Monica, is also extremely friendly & helpful. And, she does an amazing job of providing info from my visits & explaining the details. The peer support is so helpful & I personally appreciate it even more bc the counseling is provided by former addicts who can empathize bc they actually know & understand what addicts go thru. Therapists with no experience aren’t much help, regardless of how much education they’ve had. Pam & JD are awesome in leading the groups & offering support, even after hours, if necessary. And, my Dr, Elaine Fields, has been nothing short of wonderful in every aspect. She obviously cares about her patients & will do everything in her power to lower or completely eliminate the stress that comes with recovery. She is flexible & will work with you to get things done instead of trying to find any reason under the sun to punish or discharge patients. But, every single person I have encountered at Fresh Start has been extremely nice & helpful. This place should be the barometer that other treatment facilities strive to emulate. I’d give them 100 stars if I could!

Fresh Start changes lives!!!!! I've been in the program for almost two years and couldn't ask for better services. From the front desk seeing Teresa , to the nurses, docs, and the peer support specialist, Pam who has been there even on her off time to help anyone who need her. These folks really do care about their patients!!! I have never been made to feel anything but welcome and genuine concern for my overall well being.

Been here since the beginning and I absolutely love my fresh start fam! I absolutely love me some Pam!! Best peer support I’ve had. ❤️❤️❤️ Would recommend to anyone who wants a sense of normalcy back in their lives. Fresh start is always there ready to lend a helping hand, just reach out!

The Dr's here really care about your health and sobriety.They have helped me in so many ways. The groups and individuals are run by an amazing person named Pam. She is extremely helpful and caring. She's helped me through a lot of hard moments in my sobriety and I don't know what I would do without her help. If your looking for a place that cares about your mental and physical health as well as your sobriety in ashland this is the place to go.

Fresh Start has made a huge impact on my life. Everyone there cares. Pam Chaffins is absolutely the most caring person. She don't treat like just any person she treats you like family. She gives you a number to call anytime day or night. She's helped me tremendously. Thanks to this clinic for helping me get my life back.
