Kariz is a great therapist! She is knowledgeable, kind and caring. The location is convenient and the appointment times fit my schedule. I would highly recommend Fresh Pond Physical Therapy - Ridgewood Queens.

Stanley and Agnes and the rest of the stuff are wonderful.Very kind,courteous, and professional. A great place for my Autistic young adult. Safe environment free of overstimulation.Great relaxing music and machines. I wish I could give 10 stars 🤩🤩🤩

My therapist mr Stanley is amazing , he is caring and very aware of his job . Ms Agnes is always. Checking up on me awesome staff.

I had physical therapy for my knees back in 2009 and in 2017 for my 10 fingers. The therapist were good. They explained not only how to do the exercises, but why they should be done in the person's particular situation. I have recommended this physical therapy office to others, if their insurance is accepted

This is the place where miracles happen. I had a severe car crash about 3 months ago, which I only barely survived. For almost a full month in the hospital, I had to go through operations that I knew nothing about. I thought my youth was pretty much ruined now. The staff working here are wonderful. The people at the front desk are very kind and the therapists are just amazing. They helped me restore my faith in my health and guess what, thanks to them I was even able to quit the wheelchair today! I feel alive again. I want to thank everybody working here, but especially Christine. She's been incredibly helpful and I feel like I owe a lot to her. Y'all deserve infinite bonuses and drinks!

I am so glad I found this place! Everyone is so welcoming and pleasant. My autistic son has been coming here for a few months now and really enjoys it. His therapist, Christine is compassionate, caring, dedicated, attentive, and patient. She has helped my son develop gross motor, basic movement skills, and has helped improve his balance, body coordination, visual-motor control and other mobility skills. We are beyond grateful to have such an amazing therapist. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.
