The way the nurse practitioner came at me for being honest was very rude. How she treated me was not ok and I don't cry easily and don't get upset easily but this was ridiculous and I had left in tears because I have gone through dot physicals and was never treated so badly. I was told by a much friendlier nurse practitioner that the director won't hear anything and only back the rude nurse practitioner which is what she was also doing. Being told I was not being honest (when I actually was from the beginning) and in such a rude way all over a single insulin shot due losing insurance and not having the funds to refill my prescriptions was absolutely ridiculous and something needs to be done about the verbal treatment. Whatever I needed to do would have gotten done no problem but to threaten my CDL and call me dishonest was not absolutely not ok nor professional.

Did you know that you have to checkin and get a number and once the number is called you checking again which is a waste of time. So much for being efficient to process the wait time not impressed at all.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The receptionist was not very friendly neither was the nurse and the doctor kept interrupting me and raised her voice at me and was just rude all around!! Will never be back!

Recently did my Dot medical and passed, I got a card for 1 year so would like to thank Everyone there at the office. I could not pass in Chicago and lost over $500 in random so called medical offices. It's a money grab !!! Once again these guys are Awsome can't say enough good things about them. God bless

Most of the staff I encountered were friendly, with the exception of the ladies administering drug screening. They made no effort to conceal the fact that they were annoyed by our presence. Very unfriendly. The nurse who did my physical was a very kind lady. The rudeness on top of the fact that my job training was delayed significantly due to them taking unnecessarily long to send my employer my drug screen results is why I give 1 star.

So far the dr and physical therapist has been great!

The Physicians and Nursing staff have been thorough in my experiences. Sometimes the wait is longer than usual, but the care has always been excellent. Our employees have always had great feedback about the care they've received.

Wait times are easily over 3 hrs for a simple drug screening and physical. It's completely absurd. Whatever you do. Don't come here. Staff are rude to patients as well.
