Freedom Physical Therapy Services

After my third operation on the left knee, I went to Freedom for therapy and found the scheduling convenient, personnel friendly and professional, and my therapist is the best I have had of any post-op sessions following prior knee surgeries. I recommend them without hesitation.

I would recommend Freedom Therapy to anyone. The two Physical Therapists, Brianna, and Joe, are very good. Brianna has been helping me with my therapy for my total hip replacement, and when she couldn’t, Joe worked with me.

By far the BEST Physical Therapy practice I have ever been to. I am able to work with the Therapist my entire appointment. They have not pawned me off on an assistant. Also, very impressed with the approach to my physical therapy. Very dialed in to my needs.

Everyone at Freedom Physical Therapy is friendly and professional. I never have to wait for my appointment as they are punctual which is important to me. The treatments are great and are helping me to literally get back on my feet.

Great staff. Joe the physical therapist is knowledgeable and helpful in my recovery.

Molly's healing arts are great and she is a good match for working with the elderly or persons with disabilities. She is skilled with massage on the areas that need attention, and as a patient, I cannot stop myself from chatting with her as she works. She assigns home exercises but never more than appropriate. Her analysis of the pain or injury and treatment strategies is compassionate and excellent. I highly recommend her.

This place charges a ridiculous price for their services. $655 for an evaluation. 45 min sessions. They did not tell me how much the service was going to cost. They just said it’s covered by my insurance. No mention of whether it was from my deductible ( and how much they would be charging) or if it was going to be a copay. Nothing. Perhaps I should have asked… but that information needs to be clearly communicated. I get a bill later after 6 visits for over $1000. Absolutely disgusting. All they did was rub lotion on my arm. They are taking people’s money. The service is meh… nice people but terrible business. I guess if I was charging $655 for 45 mins of treatment I wouldn’t want to advertise that either….I truly feel taken advantage of. Aren’t there laws for pricing transparency in healthcare ? There is nothing in their website about pricing as well.

When I was having shoulder issues a number of years ago, my doctor referred me to Mike at Freedom Physical Therapy in Fox Point. I have been so thankful to have had this referral, and to be able to continue receiving therapy there. I have worked primarily with Mike, but also Scott, Jake and Jessica...I am grateful for their concern and knowhow, and I know they care about me as a person. I also know that my therapy there is a big part of my physical health. I noticed a few reviews of people who had billing issues. In all the years I have been going there, I have think I may have had 2 questions about a billing issue--these were resolved with no problems. Because I value the care I receive at Freedom, I have gladly referred a number of friends to them. I highly recommend Mike and the other therapists there
