Freedom Physical Therapy

I owe Freedom Physical Therapy, and specifically Payton who prescribed my treatment and spent many hours working with me, a huge debt of gratitude for my full recovery after surgery to reattach a tendon and fuse bones in my foot. I hobbled in their door with a post-surgical, painful limp, but walked out with a full and painless stride. In fact, a week after my last treatment I was hiking to see Mayan temple ruins in Costa Maya Mexico. Thank you Payton, Tammy and the staff of Freedom Physical Therapy!!!

I have been a patient of Freedom Physical Therapy for several stints since moving to Granbury in 2020. Payton has rehabbed me from injury and helped me to return to doing what I enjoy as quickly and safely as possible every time. It is clear that Tammy, Jennifer and their entire team are committed to providing patients with a high level of care and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Thanks for keeping me moving!

A big thank you to Freedom Therapy. I had a total right knee replacement March 13 of this year and Jennifer was the most caring and greatest therapist I’ve ever used, along with Marcy. I would have never got to where I am today without them. I am totally pain free and my knee is awesome. I would so highly recommend Freedom Therapy for any physical therapy needs you may have.

Best PT experience ever. Achieved healing of neck problem through right PT techniques. Diplomatic in correcting my misuse of neck traction that was much appreciated. Once completed, a minor billing problem was promptly investigated and resolved. The whole culture at this place is oriented to serving you and your well being.

Freedom Therapy has helped me through two new knees and a painful back over the past year. I can’t say enough good things about their knowledgable and caring therapists!! Love this place and everyone that works there! I've been to physical therapy 5 times in my life and this is by far my best experience. From the front desk to all the therapists and assistants, this place is professional, friendly and fun!

What a great experience from start to finish. From the moment you walk in their office you're greeted with smiley face, professionalism, and concern for the best interest of your health. Robyn Sims is a joy to work with on the scheduling and the insurance billing. The two Owners/Physical Therapist Tammy Smith and Jennifer Karnes are the best in the business. I personally have used both of them to address my physical therapy concerns with fantastic results. Marcie Diamond and Maria Ayala Zuniga were my two Physical Therapist Assistance and did a wonderful job as well. I highly recommend their office for all your physical therapy needs. Wonderful team with years of experience.

Everyone therapist is exceptional and knowledgeable. You walk in and everyone is friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Freedom Therapy in Acton to anyone!
