Franciscan Health Physical Therapy Mooresville

Customer service is very poor. I was running late to my son’s first appt and called to tell them I was just minutes away. They told me I would not be seen and they cancelled the appt. I was only 5 minutes late and sitting in their parking lot while on the phone with them when I arrived at 5:20 for my son’s 5:15 appt. I thought by calling to tell them I was running behind was courteous, but it didn’t matter. They pride themselves on going above and beyond for their patients, but our service was less than poor. I even explained my son’s knees and ankles were swollen, but they refused to see my son for the remainder of our allotted appointed time. Wouldn’t recommend anyone here. I received better customer service at Fast Track in Mooresville.

I am very upset & disappointed here. Especially when they were having an issue with my insurance and I was not notified. I didn’t receive a bill until a YEAR later. When I received my bill if it was coded differently my insurance would’ve paid 80% more and again I was not notified even after they heard back from insurance. I received a bill over $1,000. I’ve called so many times and wanted to speak to someone and nobody has gotten back to me and it’s been months. When I spoke with the billing department the lady was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I will never come here again. I am very disappointed in their patient care.

I’ve found the office staff to be very helpful! My physical therapist is Trisha and she has helped me get relief from pain due to a car accident I was in a few weeks ago! Highly recommend!

Great people, they are really good at what they do and how they treat people.
