I see another one star review with a similar experience to me- they charged me over $700 for each 45 minute visit, and that was after insurance! It’s difficult to reach anyone about prices. I think the PT itself is fine, but make sure you check how much you’ll owe because the prices are out of control.

I had an issue with my shoulder and my doctor from Franciscan sent me here before any other treatment could be done. The care was good and resolved my shoulder issue, but sadly when the bill came, they charged $700 an hour after insurance. I was very skeptical at first since the per hour average is about $100-$200 and it was done at a YMCA not a hospital. I tried to contact Franciscan to get an itemized bill but they kept sending the same bill over and over instead of an itemization. I even put in a dispute but they would not allow me to talk with a person. Instead they said they sent me a resolution letter in the mail which I never received and had to send a direct message to get. They rejected my dispute even when I felt their time estimates were off and the price was unjust. Sadly, there was no price transparency for physical therapy before the appointments. And the appointments only included exercise bands and exercise printouts with no medications or x-rays/MRIs. I don't understand how they can scam people with a price this high. Although the care was good, sadly there is no chance that anybody should ever go there for what they charge.

My son and I have been going here for 3 years, It is a bit rough getting in at first due to low staffing, but once you’re in the therapists are really wonderful people. They try their hardest to make sure you get the therapists you prefer and are willing to schedule us out a year considering we will probably be “lifers” here just to make sure we get our favorite ones. I definitely recommend this place and advise you to have patience with the overwhelming need for therapists and how packed their schedules are, you will be happy you waited.

I want to thank each and everyone of the therapists at Franciscan alliance (Lafayette). Jeremy, Kinzee, Megan, Sareena, plus many others helped me get mobility faster than what I expected. So Thank You all. Sorry I couldn't remember a few. You're ALL are always on my mind.

The scheduling team is terrible. My son had Fridays’ 8 am appointment. I told them due to school he can’t have other time. If I would be late for a few minutes they would call which was nice that they are checking. But then they without no where they informed that he doesn’t have any appointment anymore. So called supervisor said that it is my responsibility to book appointment when they never informed that I have to do that. When I booked appointment I specifically asked to have for at least a year long appointment for him. Apparently they made only one month and never reminded that his appointment need to be scheduled. Never coming here back the scheduling and reception is not friendly at all. Imagine that if their supervisor instead of helping arguing with customer how the staff would be. No apology or trying to help. The worst service I ever seen in medical area.

My NP decided to send me here because she thought I had dysphasia. When I made an appointment pre-registration there tried to get me to give up my rights under the no surprises act and they wanted $700 up at arrival and would not tell me what the treatment plan was.... They are using point of service billing and tried to pass it off as complient to the no surprizes act... I canceled the appointment

4 weeks and still counting... For 3 weeks they have told they don’t have the right order from my doctor and my doctor’s office keeps telling me they have sent it. So I still am in pain and not getting the treatment I need because the offices seem to be at war with each other instead of cooperating to get me taken care of. They finally got me taken care of. I still don’t know what the problem was. Angela is my OT and she is the best. Cheryl is my PT and she is also awesome. I had a hard time getting in but they care they’re providing for me is excellent. If you can be patient with a front desk staff as they train Then it is well worth the wait.

When I wanted to make appointment after my appointment. The lady upfront told me call them over the phone instead of helping me and the lady didn’t want to work and I don’t know why they hired her.
