FOX Rehabilitation

The physical therapist that was assigned to work with my elderly mom was incredibly arrogant and impossible to work with. He calls himself “Dr.” which is very misleading. He is NOT a medical doctor he is merely a therapist with some form of doctorate — it might be honorary for all I know. I tried repeatedly to communicate with him about appointment days and times for my mother but he would just show up in her room at assisted living whenever he felt like it. I tried to speak with him about the plan of care for her and about concerns we had and he couldn’t be bothered to discuss it. When I told him that both I and the nurse at her facility felt she was overworking he ignored us and ended up causing her injury and pain. I called Fox “client services”about the issues I was having numerous times and asked to speak to the therapist’s supervisor but I was told that I was not allowed to speak to them. There was no recourse but to tell Fox client relations to remove the therapist from my mom’s case before he caused her further injury. This meant we had to find another company to work with in the middle of my mom’s course of physical therapy. It’s a real shame how this one bad apple caused such issues because we had a good experience with Fox PT the first time my mom worked with them and had a different therapist. Unfortunately that therapist moved and the one that injured my mom is the only therapist they have for our entire area. Fox’s “client services” department is a complete disaster. They don’t listen to what you are saying at all nor do they follow through with what they say they are going to do. Contacting them is a total waste of time and incredibly frustrating. It sounds like they are in a call center in India and the only way they communicate with the people here in the USA is by email — if they contact them at all. It’s a very poor system when you have no one who is supervising the therapists that you are able speak to when issues arise and the therapist is totally ignoring them.

The team at Fox Rehabilitation exemplifies kindness, compassion, and exceptional skill. From Megan's leadership as the Regional Director to the dedicated clinicians, they foster independence and deliver outstanding results. Christina (Physical Therapist) and Lauren (Occupational Therapist) deserve special recognition for their genuine investment in the well-being of their clients. Their commitment goes beyond just treatment—they truly care about the success and progress of those they serve. I can't praise them enough for their dedication and expertise.

Fox was really good with my wife. After being in rehab and using another company we were referred to Fox. We started with Saleem and he was very good. Then they paired us with Flora Gilder. Is was a good fit as she is warm and caring with my wife. She is always upbeat and happy. That's contagious!

My grandparents who are both 90, my grandmother is blind and wheel chair bound. And I have never ever in my health care career met such an amazing team of women who come out to give them therapy. HUGEEEE shout out to Megan in OT. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does. And has a way with my grandmother that I am so thankful for. Megan has taught me so many tips and tricks on helping my grandmother and family live an easier life. Megan, you are amazing at what you do, and we appreciate you! Love Geena, Miss Betty and Floyd.

My Mom had a fantastic experience with Fox Rehab. She had Occupational Therapy with Kirby, and Physical Therapy with Horace. Both Kirby and Horace were compassionate, patient and most importantly provided exceptional therapy, a terrific exercise program, and useful tools to help her mobility. Mom's progress is wonderful as a result of the care provided.

Nancy was awesome! My 92-year-old Mother is much stronger due to physical therapy services provided. It tickled me how Nancy would actively engage my Mom in conversations to take her mind off of the exercises she was actually completing.

The two therapist assigned to my husband who has Alzheimer's, Laura L and Cassandra T were fantastic. They were compassionate, kind, funny, warm and persistent in ensuring that my husband got the services that would help him. I hope we can have them back soon. Thank you all.

My mother, Jacqueline, has been very happy with Fox Rehab, including her past physical therapists and so very happy with her latest therapist, Noel. He’s just so patient, professional, skilled and caring. She also has enjoyed working with OT Lisa more recently.
