Terrible, terrible!!! The staff does NOT care about their residents, they spend NO TIME with any residents and the staffs ATTITUDE towards visitors and to the residents is HORRID. They have NO RESPECT for anyone including their own staff members... They charge THOUSANDS of dollars a month FOR LESS THAN A ONE STAR SERVICE. This place is a JOKE. If they treat ME like garbage how are they treating my loved one?! More complaints to follow. I'm not finished with this joke of a facility.
