Fountain View Health and Rehabilitation

Several of the care takers were nice. However Meagan & Joel are both fantastic! They showed empathy f and very professional. I really appreciate them taking care of me during my stay. Thank you.

I can't speak highly enough of this care center. They are wonderful people who take very good care of my mom. They care and they are on top of all of her health needs. All of the staff are wonderful and communicate well with the family. My family is especially fond of Gloria and Carol who are the nurses that we have seen time and time again give the extra special touch. I don't know what we would do without them.

Visited facility for my mother. The staff took all necessary precautions to make sure residents and visitors were safe. The tour was excellent and thorough. The staff was incredibly transparent and honest (just like a family). I was truly impressed with active OT and PT room and therapist(s). I would give the facility a 5 star if each resident could have their own room. I know this is not plausible because its a state guideline for Medicaid for residents to share a room, but I think its in the best interest for elderly to have their own space. But all in all the staff was amazing!

My Mother was sent here after a brief hospitalization. From the first call with Heather in Admissions and Kayla introducing us on the first day, this has been only a positive experience. Crozetta, head of Social Work led an intake/orientation meeting with the team supporting Mom’s rehab. The thoroughness, professionalism and care shown were stellar. I interviewed a number of places before we moved Mom to an independent-living facility. Then, a few months ago I interviewed a few more assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Fountain View staff has demonstrated more care and attention than I’ve seen at other places.

My Grandma came here yesterday and is currently on hospice...I must say I'm incredibly impressed by every staff member I have met so far. It was really traumatizing moving my Grandma at 96, on hospice and into a new facility but they have truly made this experience for us comforting. When people treat someone you love with care, respect and dignity it makes the tough decisions you have to make for them feel right. I can't thank you all enough for everything and its only day two. I look forward to building stronger relationships with everyone here while the help me through this challenging yet perfectly normal time with my Grandma.

My dad had a great experience with the team here. For a person who is usually never short on negative comments he was very pleased with the attention he received. His physical and occupational therapist went above and beyond. They addressed his main issues as well as any additional issues he brought up during therapy. They made sure he was well equipped to go home and would receive the care he needed once released. I haven't seen him so pleased with a facility before.

I had the pleasure of staying at Fountain View Rehabilitation in Colorado springs CO 03-17-2023 thru 03-28-2023 after having a total right knee replacement surgery and the staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond their job duties. Ms. Corzetta Settler who was the social worker, her professionalism went above and beyond.The nurses; Carlos Stephanie,Megan Adon, Sherri where there for me and helped to alleviate any pain I had to go thru. The therapists Meagan and Kyle were wonderful in helping me to get my strength back. I had an ice machine that had to be filled occasionally and the CNA's had no problem helping me when I needed them to fill it. Shot out to Bird, Esme, Melinda, Amaya and the rest of the CNA's who's name's I can't remember but you know who you are. I also want to send a special shot out to the team that played bingo and other activities. I felt so comfortable in the little time that I was there but you can best believe if I have to go back to another rehabilitation hospital or refer someone to one, I will refer them to the Fountain View Rehabilitation Hospital. The staff is amazing at Terrace Gardens, in particular Veronica " ruby" Evans. She always gives 150% to making sure all the bridges are gapped and the residents are being cared for. I have seen her through all of her positions at this facility and her work ethic is unmatched. Terrace Gardens is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. She really is a blessing!!!!
