Foundations Therapy Service

My son went to see an OT through Foundations Therapy who was fantastic. He loved it there, she loved him, it was great!! Five stars for the OT! HOWEVER.... The office manager is incompetent. It was a chore whenever I tried to pay my copay. I had to remind HER that I would like to pay, every single week. She would hand write everything down before figuring out how much I had to pay. ZERO organization. She was only in the office maybe half the time. She hardly ever answers the phone. She always acts confused. On top of all this, she apparently didn't file all the claims to my insurance which means that I had to pay hundreds more out of pocket than I should have for the year. I'm now waiting (and waiting....and waiting...) for a check from Foundations. No apology from this woman for her mistake.
