Foundations Pediatric Therapy

I’ve worked with Tiffany at other clinics before she opened her own and I trust her over any other OT in the valley. She knows what she’s doing, is very knowledgeable and values training all staff to her level of expertise. I would drive across the valley to bring my own children to her and so I was thrilled to have her open a clinic close to my home. Highly recommend this clinic and anything Tiffany has a hand in. 10/10

We started bringing our son here for PT a few months ago and have had the best experience. Stevie is an absolute gem! She is a top notch physical therapist and has a gift for working with children. From the moment she met our son she knew what he needed each week to help strengthen him and to help him progress. She is so kind and loving to our son and to our family. I would highly recommend Miss Stevie for PT!

We have been so impressed by their speech and occupational therapy. The staff genuinely care for the kids and their progress. The therapists are very knowledgeable and provide a good learning environment for the kids. I always recommend this therapy place whenever I'm given the opportunity.

All I can say is this therapy center is amazing…. we have followed Tiffany and Sarah since my little girl was 4 months old. My little girl was injured at birth and diagnosed with Erb's palsy and had no use of her right arm. Today, because of Foundations Pediatric Therapy and Tiffany and Sarah, my little girl is a junior Olympic level one gymnast and an avid ice skater. They are extremely knowledgeable and care for my kiddo as if she was their own….. I couldn't recommend a place more highly.

Stevie is an incredible physical therapist and has greatly improved my son’s overall wellbeing. Stevie is always on time and very thorough. She has made an effort to educate both my son and I on why she does certain exercises or sends us home with some homework. My kiddo has always dreaded physical therapy in the past due to his pain threshold being pushed too far. Stevie has been fantastic at reading his body language and nonverbal communication. He actually looks forward to PT now! She even went above and beyond by attending one of his flag football games with her family after being invited by my kiddo. Stevie is a fantastic physical therapist and we are so grateful to have her on our team!

Tiffany and Sarah are wonderful! I’m always impressed by their ability to help my daughter develop the skills she needs in a way that is fun. She looks forward to coming every week. Tiffany has been amazing at helping my daughter with handwriting, which was a huge struggle for her. She has made a lot of progress! Communication is great, they listen to my thoughts and answer my questions. Totally worth the drive out to Middleton!

Our experience with Tiffany and Sarah have been exceptional. They truly know my children and build a trusting relationship with them. The facility is clean and has a lot of therapy tools to help my kids work through their struggles while they think it's just play time. They always look forward to going.

My son and daughter love going to their OT appointments here. We love the therapists and my kids have grown so much! I am grateful the practical help the therapists give me as a parent as well!!! Couldn’t recommend it enough!
