Foundation Therapy

Foundation Therapy is the best! After undergoing ACL and lateral meniscus repair surgery, I was fortunate to have been treated by Andrew, Kelli, and Chris, but truly, everyone at the clinic is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. They were incredibly supportive throughout the recovery process. I’m beyond grateful for all the help and guidance they provided during my rehab, and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone seeking physical therapy. They genuinely care about your recovery journey, and their personalized approach made all the difference.

I have done very well with my shoulder. So much better... I love the staff at Foundation... mostly I worked with Kelly and I adore her... The staff are all friendly and professional at the same time, which makes it all work. Will use them again if needed!

I absolutely love this place!! Chris, Kelli and the entire staff are amazing. For a long time I have suffered with constant pain in my heap. I went to the chiropractor, had tried deep tissue therapy, etc., but nothing gave me the relief that I needed. I highly recommend Foundation Therapy.

Foundation Therapy is a top notch facility! Everyone there knows you by name. They treat you like you are the only one there. They know what they are doing when it comes to your therapy needs as well. Went there for vestibular therapy (dizziness/balance). I am so much more confident with my balance after my therapy. All of the therapist, Stephen, Chris and Kelli treat you like family. The office staff, Ali, Sandra and Maudie are super helpful and friendly. I would recommend Foundation Therapy to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Great people and they get down to business quick. They evaluate you your first visit and put you to work. Enjoy going there and love the workout. Very knowledgeable about your condition and know exactly what to do to help you get good again. Thanks for having me and I hope I don't ever see you again LOL. I guess if I live long enough I will. Chris, Kelli, Stephen and Kaitlyn all worked well together and got me back to where I could do all of the things that I needed to do after my total hip replacement. They are great people and will get you through it. Thank you guys. A+

I had SI joint fusion and my Dr sent me here. Every one was very courteous and professional and my treatment there was great. They are all wonderful people and would recommend anyone to go there and get the best treatment and back on your feet in no time. Thank you all the staff
