Akanksha did an amazing job in just a few sessions with my migraines that I suffered from for decades!! Can't express how grateful I am! The simple exercises she gives me to to between the session take just a few minutes a day. I will definitely send my kids to see her soon. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional PT.

I had been having horrible TMJ pain for about a year. I had tried acupuncture and massage and was not getting much relief. Akanksha is a very knowledgable and she was able to get to the root of the pain. She explains everything really well and gives you stretches and exercises to do at home. She takes the time to get to know her patients, and I would recommend seeing her if you have TMJ pain.

Foundation Physical Therapy is awesome! I work long days at a desk job and sought treatment for chronic pain and issues related to hypermobility, and just a few months of weekly visits and daily at-home exercises has already helped me more than over a decade of prior chiropractic care. Akanksha is very knowledgeable and kind, and was comprehensive in her approach to addressing my specific symptoms. Her treatment plan has greatly reduced my chronic pain and has been flexible based on changes in my symptoms over time, and I have definitely seen tangible improvements as a result.

Akansha demonstrated remarkable compassion and professionalism in her care for my mom, who was struggling with severe back pain. Upon hearing about my mom's condition, Akansha proactively recommended that she avoid the discomfort of traveling to the clinic by offering to conduct sessions at our home. This gesture was incredibly thoughtful and kind. When Akansha arrived at our home, she was considerate and well-prepared. She meticulously assessed my mom's condition and tailored a series of exercises specifically designed to target her pain and improve mobility. Her guidance was clear and encouraging, fostering a sense of confidence in my mom that she could effectively manage her discomfort with Akansha's support. Throughout the session, Akansha not only focused on physical exercises but also took the time to educate my mom about posture, ergonomics, and self-care techniques. This underscored Akansha's commitment to ensuring long-term relief and wellness for her patients. I commend Akansha for her exceptional dedication and expertise. Her personalized care and willingness to adapt to our needs made a significant difference in my mom's recovery. Akansha's compassionate approach truly sets her apart as a dedicated healthcare professional who prioritizes the well-being of her patients above all else.

I am a 61 year old active male (lots of golf) that had a pinched nerve in my neck at C4. It was causing pain in my right arm and numbness in my right index finger. I went to Foundation and Aki was able to diagnose the problem immediately. She put me on a reasonable exercise plan (that I did religiously) and the pain slowly went away. Once I began the exercises, relief came quickly and the pain/ numbness was gone in 5 weeks. She has an incredibly strong understanding of the human body and how everything works together. Highly recommend (A+)

Love this spot, can’t recommend it enough. The beautiful water front office is healing in itself; with ample parking space. Foundation Physical Therapy work closely with their patients in smaller sized, fastidiously clean location with more hands on healing manual therapy. I’ve been working with Akhansha for months and I never felt rushed, always with ongoing focus on one patient at a time. Throughout the month, she challenged me and with each session I felt stronger. She is knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns, provide thoughtful assessment after each visit. She is very evidence based and use a lot of modern knowledge. Extremely knowledgeable about the entire human anatomy. She also sanitize the beds and equipment after each use, that’s a plus for me. They are spectacular, get in while you can!

Akanksha is an excellent physical therapist. She is well trained, very knowledgeable, experienced, intuitive, listens well, is thorough in her exam, manipulates tight muscles and problem areas in just the right manner, and has designed a comprehensive program of exercises/ stretches for me to do at home that’s very manageable. Additionally, she is patient, kind, answers every question thoughtfully, and takes time with her clients. I have seen marked improvement in my symptoms and feel like I’ll be able to manage them (and be stronger) for life…I’m also walking away with a perfectly tailored-for-me, at home regimen, without the need for a separate personal trainer.

I have been seeing Akanksha for several chronic pain issues in my neck, hip and knee for about 6 months. She has been very helpful in working with me on addressing long term movement patterns that lead to the pain. This kind of retraining movement patterns takes time, but it is worth it! If you have chronic kinks that are not resolving with traditional approaches I highly recommend seeing Akanksha. She will work with you to develop a plan that gives you a whole body approach towards pain free mobility!
