Foundation Physical Therapy-Pelvic Floor and Orthopedics

I don’t even know where to start. I’m forever grateful to my OBGYN for recommending Foundation Physical Therapy. I had a hard time feeling myself again and figuring out this new version of me after I had my baby. Going to PT was the light at the end of the tunnel for me. Dr. Gina, Nikki and Jen were amazing every single time I saw them. Not only they explained what had happened during and after birth but they gave me solutions to all my problems at every visit. They made me feel comfortable and understood, and I was able to regain my long time lost confidence. All the physical therapists are great at guiding you through the process and encouraging you to do keep going. I even began to lose my pregnancy weight and started to look a lot more like myself ever since I started the exercises! The whole team is awesome and I would go back 100% if needed. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. I’ll actually miss coming here every week!

I could not be more happy with my experience at Foundation Physical Therapy! I came in to pelvic floor physical therapy with 8 years of pain, apprehension, and nervousness. After just 10 visits I am finally pain free for the first time in years and happier than ever!

I went in there and laid on a table while the phys therapist hollered instructions to other patients while working on me. He gave me a little mini-massage and even though I asked, gave me no physical exercises to do to ease my pain. That little massage cost me an $80 copay with no helpful information on what to do to make things better. I hated being in a big room and having him holler at people while supposedly treating me.

Even though I was freshly postpartum, I had so much improvement in the 12 weeks that I visited Foundation! After my first visit, I already felt like there was hope for healing when Google had made me think I was broken for life. All the staff was so kind and personable, and they always answered my questions. Jen especially helped me understand how to continue my healing at home and in my daily life. I will recommend them to anyone that has had a baby!

Gina, Jen, Nikki, and the whole team are wonderful! They helped me so much with my postpartum tailbone pain. I highly recommend FPT for any and all physical therapy needs!

Very professional and always helpful. I was having pain so I went to a urologist and they diagnosed me with prostatitis, which was not the underlying cause for my testicular pain. I actually had pelvic floor dysfunction, and these fine folks helped me get better!

Thanks to all the staff at Foundation Physical Therapy. I was blessed to have Jennifer as my therapist. Jennifer never made me feel rushed and was very supportive and always encouraged me with my recovery. I'm certain that I would not have attained my positive results without her. I am so glad I was referred to Foundation PT! I have had pelvic floor issues for years, and now I am so much better! It even helped my GI issues and lower back issues! Nyla was so courteous; Bruce was fantastic, patient, and helpful. Christina, Jennifer, and Nikki were so professional, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. I don't have enough words to say how absolutely wonderful Gina is. I would watch patients come out of her office relieved and some crying and hugging her because of how much she helped them. I felt this way too. Not only is Gina so knowledgeable, but she has such a wonderful personality (professionally and spiritually). She truly loves her job and loves each of her patients.
