I’ve struggled with chronic pain and injuries most of my life and have been to multiple physical therapists. Working with Erin has been a total game changer for me. The most significant impact Erin has had on my life is that she has helped me work to change my relationship with pain and she has helped me learn how to make my body feel safe and the lessen the impact of the pain response. I really cannot emphasize how impactful this has been on my life. I’ve worked with Erin for a year now, although I see her for treatment intermittently, and I feel better than I ever have. Erin is also so incredibly knowledgable and can pinpoint an issue and treatment with shocking accuracy. For example, I was experiencing lingering knee pain after a bike accident and nothing was making it feel better. I saw Erin and she was able to diagnose the issue being with a muscle that most people probably do not even know exists. She gave me something to do for it and it took a couple of months of consistent work on my part but it is finally completely healed and not an issue anymore. Possibly the most unique thing about Erin is that her entire approach is built around the goal that you see her for treatment as little as possible because you have addressed your issues in a way that works for you. Erin will enable you to be an active participant in your own healing and support you completely in that journey to whatever degree you need and you will be blessed if you get an opportunity to work with her!
