My grandfather is in this place! After repeated phone calls and repeatedly leaving messages we still have not got any return call. From being a cna I know it gets busy, but from being a cna who cared and adored my patients I would never treat the family or patients like this! Loss of property and at this point my patience, this place should be shut down.

I hate it. As a patient that will soon be d going home the experience has been mixed the PT and OT's are great almost everyone else has been nice but, everything else is miserable Nurse practitioners don't care, the food is terrible, when it's hot bring a fan there's no AC. I've found that if important information needs to get relayed outside this place it moves slowly or not at all without checking and checking again.

Yesterday my family and I were about to make a really sad decision, to possibly leave our mother in this hospice. We got to this place with a lot of doubt, when we got inside the smell was horrible. The person that greeted us when we got in was in a horrible mood, giving attitude with every question asked. Wherever you looked the dirtiness and smell followed, they took us to the room where my mother was supposed to stay with another person in the same room. They had the windows open because the heat inside this place was unbearable, we asked if they had air conditioning and they told us they didn't have any but we were supposed to bring a fan for our mother if she stayed. The bed was hard and springs coming out of the sides, the blanket that was on the bed was originally white but it was a dirty yellow color from not being washed. It was then that my sister and I looked at each other and realized our mother could not stay in a place like this. The woman in charge of the facility told us if we didnt want our mother in here then we have to leave now in an angry tone. I feel bad for the people that are in there and the people that had no other option but to put their loved ones in there. Like another of the reviews here states that this place should be closed down, I completely agree.😢😢

The LVNS ARE RUDEEEEE , my dad is in this place, and not once twice but more than 3 times, I have seen the cnas get treated like crap…. By the Lvns… That is so sad because I appreciate the cnas so much not only me but my dad talks about how hard the cnas works , and theres is a lot of cnas my dad loves and talk about and we (my family) do see what he means.. the cnas are hard workers… if you decide to put your family members do it because the cnas are all hard workers and they treat the patients with kindness and love AND THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT ARE HANDS ON!!!!! I have seen a Cna soooo busy trying to answer to their other patients …. And I witnessed this one lvn come to a Cna asking her to go and get the resident “water” when basically the Cna is super super busy!!!!!!!!!! I just want to let everyone know this is everyone’s JOB even if you are a RN , LVN, ADMINISTOR, DIRECTOR OF NURSE , OWNER!!!! that is your role tooooooooo!!!! Not only the Cnas!!!! It’s been multiple times I have seen the LVN try to tell the Cna “hey this patient needs a towel, hey this patient need some water’ can you go get this patient a snack, can you go get this and that” Just so sad!!!! Know your roles !!! Thank you CNAS so much on what you do. And how you all make my dad so happy… each of you have made not only My dad a home but makes us happy and a home too when we come over. Thank you continue on your hard work.

This place should be shut down it has no air conditioning the building is that old , its filthy , 99.9 percent of staff are all travelers , the town is racist and i was fired for doing my job , the same hair in the bathroom sat for 3 weeks and the only reason it got cleaned was because STATE SHOWED UP ,,,,, sad very sad place and horrible working conditions for staff

Your gonna hate this place. The assumption your loved one is going to be lovingly attended to is WRONG!!

THE STAFF IS RUDE
