Only good experience I've had at this facility is the physical therapy. Well equipped, clean and good therapist. Other departments like dental and doctor visits are bad. No communication between staff, dental doesn't know what a referral is or why we need it. I had to see a doctor for refills on certain meds but he told me I didn't need them and now I am having problems so I have to get it under control on my own. So unorganized there. I've had better experiences with the old clinic on the hill!

Navajo 69 yr old woman. Doctors, Nurse practitioners rotate in & out. Good service, pharmacy staff, eye clinic & physical therapy are excellent. Communication between the departments needs improvement.

If your a native of another Nation and have to have medication and happen to be a strong PAIN one and you get to come here be ready for a chocklete colored LADY SIN"DIE to tell you no LOOK AT THE NAME IT SHOULD SCARE THE HECK OUT OF YA.and not do her job she dont deserve to touch a native let alone dispence meds to them SHE HAS MADE ME SUFFER SICKNESS THATS UNNESSASARY ALL BECAUSE SHE LIKES TO PLAY GOD........BOY DONT GET STUCK HAVING TO GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE I KNOW IM CHANGIN GOIN TO PHOENIX .THEY ARE WRONG TO TREAT US THIS BAD IV ALREADY WROTE TO BIA IHS GOV AND WILL CONTINUE TILL I GET MY JUST .....FOR THE SUFFERING WE STILL ENDURE .......FOR NATIVE ELDERS ...ILLL FIGHT FOR EM .POST HERE DONT BE AFRAID.ITS YOURS NOT THEIRS THEY INLY DRAW A GOV PAY CHECK IF YOU DONT LIKE EM GET RID OF THEM BY WRITING LETTERS TO BIA .IHS
