Fort Worth Physical Therapy (Clear Fork)

The BEST therapy gym I have experienced. The gym is bright, clean, and easy to maneuver. My PT, Ann, was beyond incredible. Qualities: extensive qualifications, personable, friendly, encouraging, knowledgable, patient, and able to evaluate quickly how to correct and challenge. A totally satisfied experience. Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed everything about my experience at FW Physical Therapy (Clear Fork). The energy of the employees is fun and contagious, while still maintaining a professional atmosphere. The therapists know their stuff and could explain why each exercise was important and what it was accomplishing in my recovery. Also, the gym/office is nice and new place!

My husband and I have both used FWPT in the past year. We were totally satisfied with our experiences. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Reed and Paige for their efforts to get us the best results for our needs.

Chase my therapist was great, very knowledgeable and always catered my exercise to my needs, especially when I was in more pain on certain days! The female Chase was also always kind and helpful, and I really appreciate all of the staff I encountered during the many months of my therapy! I would go back in a heartbeat if needed, and will refer others who may need help as well.

Luke is an amazing therapist, takes the time to talk to you regarding your injury, explains everything thoroughly regarding what he's about to do and what to expect. Clear Fork is a great place for therapy. I highly recommend it. The staff is super nice . Try it out I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Thank you FWPT for providing a great service and experience. The staff, especially Kristal and Tim were so welcoming and helpful. My PT's Luke and Reed were so knowledgeable and encouraging that therapy was actually enjoyable. I am thrilled with the progress I have made on my knee and shoulder. This is my fourth therapy visit. I must admit my therapist Paige is amazing! I've been in therapy before, but she is truly the best! I will definitely recommend this place!

The therapist are friendly & professional. Unfortunately right now due to staff shortage, it is hard to schedule appointments for OT & PT. They do their best to schedule at patient convenience.
