Zach is one of the best in the business! As a CrossFit athlete, I have a tendency to ignore small nagging injuries until they become a problem and Zach has been able to help me through multiple injuries, from hip, to wrist, to shoulder. Because Zach also does CrossFit, he understands the movements I do on a day to day basis at the gym. He was able to tailor my rehab program and also was able to guide me through which movements I could still do in the gym and how to modify the other movements. I cannot recommend Zach enough, whether you have a small nagging injury or one you’ve let it escalate to something that’s limiting your ability to workout, he’s got you covered!

Dr. Leal worked with my son who plays high school baseball. My son had a great experience and learned a ton of valuable info on how to take care of his body. Dr. Leal is such a great resource and supported my son with PT work, arm care, work outs and general baseball advice. We couldn't ask for a better professional in my son's corner.

Dr. Leal at Forged PT is incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth. As a chiropractor myself, it was awesome to work with Dr. Leal and be able to care of myself so I can serve others. I've been thoroughly impressed by is work and directions. My shoulder has been doing great!

I came to Zach with shoulder issues from dislocating my shoulder snowboarding and wanted to recover correctly to rebuild my strength at crossfit. Since Zach was always working out at crossfit, I knew he could understand and I could trust him to help me. I did his programming for months, it was definately hard work but the results were worth it! I was able to go back to my original weight in snatches (130) and PRd my clean&jerks twice (165 to 170 to 175)! My snatches feel so much more stable, even compared to before my injury. I was not able to hold weight over head, let alone in snatch form with my injury. I was so worried I could dislocate it again, but it honestly feels so much more stable and strong! I still continue to do the programming and have increased weight! He is awesome, fully recommend! Picture is of snatchi practice today.

I had shoulder pain doing certain CrossFit moves. In about 2 weeks of work with Samantha and her at home exercises it has improved to basically pain free workouts. She analyzed the problem and gave me appropriate home workouts. Amazed me how fast the situation improved! She has quite an arsenal of exercises to share.
