To be perfectly honest other than the rehab part of the rehabilitation center the rest was poor. They are very under staffed with most weekends having one RN and a couple of CNA's. The food is awful with most all of it being fried. There is little to no selection of food on your part. The rooms aren't sanitary and only receive a light cleanup each day. The carpets are stained, dirty and smell bad. There is dust and cobwebs every where. The patients have a button to push for help, however pushing it doesn't cause a ring at the nurses station, but instead just turns a light up outside of your door. The way the nurses station is placed they are unable to see rooms and/or lights on unless they get up and make rounds. Rounds do not appear to happen often probably because of the shortage of nurses. I would not dare leave a loved one unattended for more than an hour or so especially if they are unable to move on their own. There are a couple of really good nurses and CNA's, however during my time there (May-June 2019) many of the employees were very open about looking for other jobs. The therapists are the Best thing there. There were a few that weren't great, but for the most part they were fabulous. They challenged me to push through my pain and to set new goals each day. They celebrated my milestones as much as I did. So if your focus is rehab they're great, but if you need any care beyond that be warned that it is slim to none. Weekends you will find yourself on your own with a visit from a nurse if you are scheduled for meds and your three meals a day which guaranteed will be delivered late. This is a lot of information, but information I would like to have had before getting there. Be prepared for all of the short comings and do not leave loved ones alone if they are unable to fend for themselves. The name listed on this review is Angela, but she is my wife. I was the patient and when I arrived there I was bed bound, wearing Depends and unable to even feed myself. Had it not been for Angie I would have sat in soiled Depends for hours, been unable to eat a meal and unable to summon immediate help if needed. The rooms are set so far back from the hallway that even if you screamed no one would hear you unless they were outside your door. It was a very scary experience for me and I HAD SOMEONE (ANGIE) with me 24/7. Many (most) of the residents are elderly and unable to function at all on their own. I am to this day frightened for them. I hope to God I never have to go back as I would only do so for the rehab. Hate to leave such a bad review as I normally don't even fill them out, but I just had to this time. I was told while there that management had changed recently. Don't know if that's the issue or they are just trying to cut costs, but it shouldn't be at the expensive of their patients. Hope this contributes to some much needed improvements. Respectfully, Dawn Hicks (patient for 5 weeks).

I would not give it a one star but I had to so I could leave a review....Don't go here my brother in law was there and they were rehabbing him to heaven not to home.Feel free to say it is a nice place yes but that's it nothing nice about anything else PT is contracted out has nothing to do with the facility and they are ok some PT better and caring then others but how can you leave a patient for most of the day and come to realize at 630 at night something might need to be addressed because patient hasn't responded much all day and seems to be pretty out of it that's the phone call I got after We now have found out after another sugery he had fractured his T 12 that was just operated on he has MERSA,SEVERE DEHYDRATED,UTI,AND STAPH so do the math folks I have all paperwork backing my experience here I never usually do reviews but yes it looks nice but it is a rehab but not for loved ones you love and want to return to normal life it wont happen The most HORRIBLE THING IVE EVER HAD TO GO THRU O and let me just add a note to all MILITARY he is a Vet and got this kind of treatment SHAME SHAME
