Forest Hills Rehabilitation & Chiropractic: Chiropractor and Physical Therapy, Queens, NY.

Everyone gets old and starts having issues here and there, and it is finally HITTING me! I woke up one day with pain in my left arm and I ignored for weeks thinking it would go away, and it didn't. I am so glad I came to this physical therapy clinic in my neighborhood. It is my first time and I felt significantly better after just one week of treatment. Here are a few highlights: - This practice has nurse practitioner, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, gym all in one. So I was able to see multiple providers in one appointment and only pay the co-pay once - Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable - Call ahead for them to make sure your insurance works with them, even if it looks like it might be out-of-network - I was able to book next day appointment and receive immediate relief (compared to the other place I called which had a week wait time) The only thing I would say could be improved for the future would be to make the clinic nicer and increase privacy.

I have been going for therapy @ this rehab since early June of 2024 till present. I have Not regretted choosing Forest Hills Rehab. Very friendly environment and my personal therapist Dennis is super amazing. He knows what he’s doing and I can confidently guaranteed maximum result. The whole staff are very respectful and professional. James is my acupuncturist who helps me to relax massively after hard day work. Nurse Practitioner Kim is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this rehab center to anyone expecting higher standard care.

Dennis is the best PT ever! When I described my pain he ensures what it causes and give the right treatment. Forest Hills Rehabilitation is very welcoming and friendly environment. The entire staff is great! Dr. Ray, Kim, James, Arvin, Ian, Charisma and Arnold are very kind and professional! My husband and my son are also their patients! I highly recommend this place.

This place is just the place to go when you are injured. Excellent care, excellent customer service. Friendly, kind, concerned; you named it and you can find superb service. Ian, wonderful person,I share my fears and he treat and comfort. Kim beautiful and caring. Dr Ray healing hands. The other staff at the back and front ,one could not desired more. I’ve been going here for over a year and my physical therapist Ian has been amazing. He explains every part of my care and he also teaches me strategies to use at home. All the staff especially Ian and Kim are so friendly and kind. Kim is the nurse practitioner and she’s helped me decrease my pain through the trigger injections to loosen my muscles and even serves as a mentor when I need advice. Everyone is very professional and they even take time to explain anything I don’t understand such as when Kim explains the sonogram results to me. I love going here and it’s been a great experience for me!

I had a 4 inch right calf tear which had pooled with blood that solidified since I didn't address the issue quick enough. FH Rehab had a tall order in first working to break up the solid blood for several weeks before proper muscular rehab could begin. Dennis was absolutely amazing in rehabilitating my calf through the long journey! You can immediately tell that he's deeply knowledgeable, experienced, and thoughtful of those in his care. Nurse Practitioner Kim was professional, personable, and never let me leave without proper K-tape in place. Highly recommend.

I was having shoulder and back problems for a long time. Up until it got to the point I went to my doctor he recommended this place to me and it was one of the best decisions I've made. Ian who help me recover with stretches and strengthening my shoulder. James who help me with acupuncture therapy and massaging my pain away. Kim suggested the trigger shot and KTtape to maintain the progress I made from my session. The amazing work, benefit and patience i have received from Forest Hill and Chiropractor also answering any questions I had to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I usually don't write reviews but because of how much of a positive impact it's had on me and my health I felt the need to post one.

2 years ago I had an accident jumping from care taker to care taker. There's no group as great as Ray - chiro, Eon - physical therapy, Kim- NP, James, and front office staff. This office gives it all - acupuncture, even exercise routine on site and to go home to accelerate your progress. They take the time to know you and call you by your first name. They nursed be back to health, I Will always be grateful. We became family. An old friend introduced me I traveled over an hour for care. They thought I was crazy, but when you find something good you keep it. So after my second accident I didn't have to think who i should see first or where I should go. I took the other passengers with me as well. Kim the nurse practitioner is caring knowledgeable and gave me the injections to help with my tight muscles relax instantaneously then Eon Stretched me like no body can. I highly recommend seeing this group of professionals if you are serious about your health and getting back to living life the way you deserve.
