Forest Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

The Forest Hills Rehab Center was clean and very quiet. I was surprised that all of the clients were in a wheelchair. I was also surprised that none of the wheelchairs had a foot rest on it for the client to not move the chair, and their feet is touching the floor. The majority of the staff was very pleasant and responded in a professional manner. However, One staff member misunderstood my question and replied "I'm not breaking my back trying to lift someone up" I thought when needed, two staff members would assist a client, that way the client, nor staff member would get hurt. The TV room had only 2 chairs. One in each room. The room could have been set up in a welcoming manner for visitors to sit together. We had to drag a chair from one room to the other, for us to sit together. The grounds were nicely kept, very clean. The Halloween decorations are nicely set up. Thank you for the good care the client is receiving at the facility.🌹

First off I would like to thank Ashley Bobal in the Admissions department for helping with the process of finding a place for my mother to rehabilitate after her surgery. After a poor experience at another local facility, her kindness and knowledge eased my fears as she showed me around. She helped me more than the hospital case management team. The building looks better than I could have imagined and safe. Residents appeared well cared for and staff interaction with them was very positive.

I am assistant chief of a local fire dept and I would like to say how very pleasant it was working with Ashley at Forrest hills in weatherly pa to team up for a donation drive for the victims of hurricane Helene in northwestern North Carolina and eastern Tennessee.She contacted me when she discovered that we were doing this and offered to join up with us for the donation drive.She was very helpful and informed me of everything she and the nursing home were doing with their part of the donation drive.I am grateful that we were able to make a team and gather the essential needs for the victims down south in the affected areas.

Very clean, modern facility with activities. Nurses are caring and sweet. Outdoor areas for patients which are pretty and comfortable. And the food is actually really good!

My sister lives at Forest Hills Rehab & Healthcare center. She and I are very pleased with the caring and efficient staff, the cleanliness & the pleasant environment of the facility. The administrator, nurses, social services, therapy, food service and business office staff have all been responsive and a pleasure to deal with. My sister is having a much better experience here compared to her previous nursing home. Thank you Forest Hills staff!!!

I’ve had problems in the past but one thing I can say is Ashley in admissions goes above and beyond! She is always smiling and there to answer any questions to give you peace of mind. I love that she stops in to see my nan and makes sure I get to talk to her. She is always making her day. Having her with this company is a great asset!

Staff is very friendly and caring. MaryJo and Ashley are always helpful.

Ashley, the Director of Admissions, is absolutely wonderful! I was touring here for rehab PT/OT for my loved one and she was absolutely amazing! The facility is beautiful and she was so informative and inclusive of us being involved in the care of our loved one! 100% recommend!
