Foothills Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine

I was given a referral for PT to help relieve some pain caused by plantar fasciitis. Susie has been treating my recovery and I’m so thankful for her & all the staff that has assisted along the way. Everyone is helpful and respectful. The facility is always kept up and clean, which I greatly appreciate. I have and will continue to refer family and friends here.

Disgusting experience from the Physical therapist to the front desk staff. Pretty lake, but the interior is small dark and outdated. Augie gave up on my situation after 3 sessions, stating and quote “no pain no gain is BS” and “We know what we’re doing but if you’re not better by now I don’t want you to waste your time and money” This was said to me at the beginning of my 4th session ….. the last straw? I get phone scheduled for 8am, their system said 7:45am, and when I get there at 7:57am for my 8am appointment (11/27/24 8am) the dark haired lady at the front desk makes a point to stand up, lean over the desk and yell across the whole office at me “I canceled your appointment because you were very late!” She yelled this, in front of all the other patients and staff. In what world did she think that was ok? I’ve always been a huge advocate for PT, it normally works, but avoid this place like the plague if you value your time and health.

I love this place! They’re all so kind and know what they’re doing. I came in for my back, since breaking my leg I’ve fallen a few times and Kevin and the team has made me bendable again. Once I get surgery again on my leg I’ll be coming back here to get better.

Foothills on 28thDr is the BEST! Everyone is so friendly and supportive and helpful. Kevin, Kathy, Maria and the other Therapists and technicians are always making sure that I am okay. The facility is always well cleaned. I am so pleased that this is where I am doing my physical therapy!!

All of the staff members are kind and care about getting your mobility back to the best of their ability. I have worked with both Hannah and Susan. Yes, they both have different techniques and provide the best care possible. They do all of of this with care and compassion for each and everyone who comes through the door needing care. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would do so in a second. I would definitely recommend Foothills physical therapy to anyone that needs physical therapy for whatever reason.

This is my first time ever having physical therapy. The staff here are so welcoming! Kevin checked up with me after my first appointment. Kathy is so patient with me when I forget how to do an exercise. Even the receptionist greets you with a smile! Recommend them highly!

The staff at Foothills are the best. Everybody there are complete professionals. I'm healing from a broken back. The therapy I received has helped greatly in the last two months. I wouldn't be doing this well if not for their help and guidance. I couldn't ask for better care than what I have gotten from them.

This review is based on service received by both myself and my husband. We have always received excellent care by both therapists and techs. And I might point out that we have received care at this same facility for several years. We sing their praises!
