Foothills Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine

This has been a perfect place for me to come for physical therapy. I had a conversation with a Physical Therapist to see where I am with my injury and they came up with a plan. Certain stretches and some massaging by a physical therapist at the end of the session. I like the way they make sure the streches are done correctly and the people who work there are not only good at what they do but they want you to get better. My injury is improving and I am grateful to have quality care done by people who are all in on doing there best. I have had experiences at other Sports Medicine Physical Therapy places in Phoenix and Foothills Biltmore for me is by far the best.

Don’t ever go here. I went here for 10 visits and half a year later I find out that I’m in collections for unpaid bills to them because they had the incompetence to never actually send me bills to my correct address (which they had) or contact me on the phone. They even admitted to saying that they had noted in their system that they had an invalid address for me and still made no effort to reach out to me. Thanks to them I have to deal with debt collectors now and they have destroyed my credit score. And the cherry on top is that they refuse to do anything about there very clear screw up. They’re the worst, no one should give them their business.

Andre is the best! He is very effective, kind, listens to your needs and has compassion toward one’s rehabilitation.

This is the fifth time I have gone to Foothills for post-surgical physical therapy over the past seven years. Each time I have received excellent care. I will also be back in approximately two months for another round of therapy after another surgery and will request Lauren Mueller to be my therapist. She is kind, knowledgeable, and quite clear about goals and how to achieve them. As well, all the techs were superb and carefully and completely followed her lead. I am very grateful for the care I received from Lauren and all the staff at Foothills and would recommend this facility to anyone.

I had a very positive experience at Foothills Physical Therapy. Lauren, my therapist, did a thorough examination upon intake. My treatment plan was well thought out and comprehensive. My shoulder was better in just a few weeks! The atmosphere and other therapists and technicians are positive, encouraging, and delightful with their patient interactions.

I cannot say enough good things about the entire Foothills staff. I spent about six months at the clinic, visiting three times a week to rehab my broken ankle following surgery. My therapist Jeff was exceptional and a major contributor to my successful recovery. The technicians including Chris and Zeeland were a joy to work with throughout my entire time at the clinic. I would highly recommend Foothills to anyone searching for a top-notch physical therapy experience.

I have been going to the Biltmore location for the past 7 weeks to rehab after a knee replacement. The therapists and staff are excellent. Andre and Anthony are very knowledgeable and I am recovering successfully with their guidance. Steve and the other support therapists are attentive and helpful. I highly recommend Foothills!

Had a great experience here with all the staff. They went above and beyond to treat my lower back problems, and within a few weeks of treatment it was completely gone compared to being the worst I've ever had in my life prior to the treatment. They do a great job to adapting to your needs and giving you the specialized treatment specific to your pains. If something isn't working they will change their approach and figure out something that is. Very knowledgeable PT's that you should definitely trust! Jonathan, Chris, Lauren, and the rest of the staff are super helpful, friendly and present a great team culture in the clinic. Will definitely be back if ever needed (hopefully not) Thanks again everyone!
