The front desk manager, Brittany, will help you with all of your appointments and other arrangements that might be needed. She's been indispensable to me. I have had the need for physical therapy a few times over the last few years, and each time I've chosen Foothills/Phoenix Downtown on Virginia. I've had the ability to meet and get to know all of the staff. I've been treated by several of the therapists and have seen others and myself receive the greatest care. I recommend each of them to you. They are dedicated and very knowledgeable in physical therapy. Foothills has always been amazing to my family and I. Whether it was treating me for my back injury in 2016, or getting my kids in when they injured themselves more recently in sports, Kacie, Mikael, Melissa, and Brittany have always been able to get us in quickly and accommodate our needs. Customer service is very important to me and Foothills Downtown is unmatched when it comes to customer service and quality of care. I was seen by Kacie and Melissa for my back, and both of my children have come in to see Mikael and they are all excellent. They are great with kids and always willing to help with anything we need. Thank you Foothills Downtown for the amazing care you have provided our family.

After having 3 shoulder surgeries to the same arm this last year, I have come to know the Staff and Kacie Lyding very well. I have been treated like a friend, not just a patient. I’ve had therapy other places over the years and mostly dreaded going. Not at this office! The therapy has been difficult at times, but never once have I dreaded the experience. Kacie is wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind and has infused those same qualities in every member of the staff. Thank you all for your help and laughs in spite of the pain. I highly recommend this clinic!!!

Well, my mom graduated today! And we have to say that we were very impressed by the quality of service provided by each of the individuals who work here. Their patience, dedication, and professionalism are like no other. She had hideous experiences in the past with other PT places, and you guys changed everything for us, especially for her. The treatment she received from Kacie, Mikael, Alex, Luis, and other staff is worth more than five stars.
