Words can't fully express how grateful I am to have found Doug and Scott at Foothills Physical Therapy. They truly gave me my life back. My debilitating vestibular migraines are gone, and the vertigo has settled. After seeing countless doctors and specialists for my neurological symptoms--most of whom only wanted to prescribe pills--Doug and Scott approached my musculoskeletal injury with incredible knowledge, care, and patience. I was initially hesitant and scared to try dry needling, but I'm so glad I did (absolute magic). Thanks to their hard work and expertise, I can now return to working at the bedside and enjoying my active lifestyle. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for not only helping me heal physically but also supporting me emotionally (when you didn't even know it) during a time when I felt at my lowest. You made me feel like family, and I'll forever be grateful.

I have been a patient off and on for many years due to a chronic physical condition. I love Doug and his team. Their consistency with direction and support in endurance and recovery as needed. Professional physical therapists at their finest and an upbeat environment every single time. They are also the only physical therapy office in Arizona with a laser that does what theirs does. Sooo grateful for their dedication to helping us get better with all the best tools and movements to get us back on track.

One of the best in the valley. I had double knee replacement surgery and after 23 sections I was back on the court playing pickleball. My physical therapy's Jordan Rivera, DPT and Renee Lambeth, PTA are some of the best in there field. Although I was in a little pain at times, I knew it was in best interest in my recovery. I was a patient at Foothills for over 3 years and I cannot express my gratitude enough. Alex, my PT, changed my life.. I was a former gymnast and had been dealing with pain from a back injury for 10 years. I went to Alex hoping for some relief with my back and I gained SO much more than I could have ever imagined. Alex has not only treated me but has also taught me about my injury and treatment necessary to maintain minimal back pain. I can't say enough about Doug Howard and his PT team at Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy @75 Ave/Deer Valley Road. Their expertise, professionalism, compassion and kindness helped me to know immediately that I was in the right hands as I recovered from my broken ankle. They did an outstanding job with my treatment and physical therapy, and they understood my goal to resume my active lifestyle.

Foothills Arrowhead worked on me in preparation for a hip replacement and with my wife for 2 broken legs. EVERYONE on the staff are excellent, hardworking and intent on patient recovery. I would NEVER go anywhere else!
